Wundervolle Aussicht- sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allem, was ws braucht
Positiv: Super Aussicht, nette und schnelle Kommunikation, gute und praktische Ausstattung. Gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hatte sogar Feldstecher. Gut erreichbar.
Negativ: Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der „Backofen“ ist sehr lärmig. Auch das Bügeleisen ist aus einer anderen Zeit. Jedoch hatte die Küche alles, was was es zum Kochen braucht und das Bügeleisen habe ich nicht benötigt.

Perfect mountain views
Positiv: The apartment has amazing views with a lovely balcony. It is also well equipped and comfortable. The fold out beds were excellent and the small kitchen very functional. Hotel facilities were available as well. Worth knowing that there is a bus stop almost right outside. It's a 30 min ride to Interlaken and most times the bus was crowded and really hot.
Negativ: We found check in less than satisfactory as this is done by a hotel and not the owner of the apartment. There was inadequate understanding between them which meant things were not clear.

A holiday of a lifetime. :)
Positiv: For us it was a dream come true. It was a holiday of a lifetime. The view from the room is spectacular and luckily we arrived when it snowed and that made our stay a dream. When you sit in the chair at the window you have a look at the Jungfrau - Joch, etc. The kitchen is great. It has pots and pans, cutlery, plates and really everything you need. We brought some food with us and cooked it. The mattresses of the beds are good. We came with back pain and left without. The pain disappeared after one night and tomorrow when I am back we will immediately buy a mattress for me.
Negativ: I would have loved cleared pavements because I am disabled and we were not able to use the wheelchair to move about. Luckily, I am able to walk short distances but it was hard for me to walk or shall I say at times to balance on the snow and icy patches. Luckily, I did not touch or kiss the snow except for my boots. It took a lot of concentration to set every foot properly. That said, the studio cannot be reached by wheelchair because when you get in from the garage you have to take about 6 or 7 stairs downstairs. For me it was not a great deal as I can walk the steps and that is why I did not mind walking them.

Amazing stay.
Positiv: This was one of the best properties I have stayed in. It’s spacious plus the view from balcony to Bernese oberland mountains is just stunning. Small details in apartment like cd player, egg holder, couch throw were amazing and made us feel home. This property is part of Dorint hotel group in Beatenberg. This is 20-25 mins bus ride away from Interlaken west bus station. Beatenberg doesn’t have too many restaurants or grocery store so better buy them in interlaken itself. This is good for quaint stay.

Comfortable and beautiful ourdoor surroundings.
Positiv: It was an easy check-in and the staff at Dorint were courteous. They did, however, made sure that if we had any complaints about the apartment, we have to contact the owner. We could have enjoyed their swimming pool and sauna but our active schedule did not allow it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had ingredients we found very useful for food preparations.
Negativ: Using public transit from Interlaken West, it took about 30 minutes to Hubel, the closest stop to the hotel. The electrical plugs don’t work with adapters we have for Europe. We had to use one plug in the bathroom to use an electric kettle. The lights in the bathroom did not all turn on. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. We addressed this and owner will fix these issues. The cable car is broken and the repair date is Oct. 1. We were counting on using it for hikes in the area.

Locație si cazare, superbe!
Positiv: Vederea din camera este superba! Totul a fost perfect, curatenie, bucataria utilata,am beneficiat de piscina, sauna si fitness. Vom recomanda cu caldura si altor persoane!
Negativ: Ar putea fi schimbate mesele si scaunele, sunt foarte vechi!

מיקום מעולה, חדר מאובזר לעילא ולעילא וסופר נוח, נוף מקסים, קבלת המפתח משובשת ומאד מלחיצה!
Positiv: החדר היה ממש ממש נוח. האיבזור במטבח היה מושלם. היה פשוט הכל. הרבה מעל כל מה שאפשר לצפות. כולל כל כלי מטבח שתעלו על דעתכם. הנוף מהמרפסת מקסים. החדר ממש נוח ועונה על כל הדרישות. המיקום של הצימר , העיירה ביטנברג, הוא מיקום מעולה ליציאה לטיולים באזור.
Negativ: קבלת המפתח של החדר הייתה סאגה ממש לא נעימה ומלחיצה. היינו אמורים לקבל אותו בקבלה של המלון. הם אמרו שלא יודעים על כך דבר, ולא היו מוכנים להתקשר לבעל הדירה (שהיא חלק ממלון דירות, שחלקן בבעלות פרטית). עד שמצאנו אותו בטלפון, ממש במזל כי הוא לא מקומי, והוא אישר להם לתת לנו את המפתח. אנשי הקבלה היו אנטיפתיים ולא ניסו לעזור. עד שהבנו איפה החניה ואיך מגיעים לחדר. היה ממש לא נעים. ולרגע אפילו חששנו שנישאר בחוץ. זה נושא שצריך למצוא לו פתרון טוב יותר כי במלון עושים טובה שנותנים את השירות הזה, והם עושים את זה בפרצוף ממש עקום.
