Lake House

Positiv: One of the best places to stay at. The view is the main selling point of this place and it was just wow! Right in front Lake Brienz. The place was also spacious and had great amenities. The rooms were comfy.

Positiv: Fantastic stay on Lake Brienz. Exceptional views. Spacious apartment. Nicely located just 10 minutes from Interlaken with a lovely village feel.

Positiv: Location, access to public transports, very friendly neighborhood, property was well maintained, very clean, all basics like Toiletry, Kitchen groceries like Oil, salt and everything was there which made our life much easier.

Negativ: Microwave was not there, washing machine was downstairs since we travelled with older people it was difficult for them to go down and come up, AC in both bedrooms would have been a plus as the temperature was very warm

Positiv: The location is excellent! It’s very quiet, great views and it’s near the bus. You don’t need a car. The lake is right outside the door. It’s a great base for exploring the area around Interlaken but there is also lots to do near the house as well if you don’t want to do a big trip every day - there are lots of trails and water activities right at the house. The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment and bathroom equipment. The living area is very comfortable and spacious and the WIFI and TV are great. The house is very clean and warm.

Negativ: The balcony! It floods. There there is no drainage. Every time it rains (almost every day in this area) the water just stays on the ground. It was never dry in 8 days while were there the pools of water were too deep we couldn’t use it. There its almost no storage in the bedrooms. The wardrobe door does not open properly in the main bedroom the air cannot circulate and this has made a musty smell in the wardrobe we didn’t really use it. There is nowhere to hang clothes in the second bedroom. The freezer is too small. The oven door will not stay open it needs to be repaired as it can close when it’s hot and you are taking food out it’s a hazard. One oven tray or shelf is missing.

Negativ: everything is perfect .. nothing that i dont like.

Positiv: Location is breathtaking. It's a bit away from Interlaken Town, but it can be reached via local bus. Property was very clean , well maintained, and a good kitchen facility with necessary kitchenware. We stayed in total for six days and enjoyed every bit. All rooms have breathtaking views of mountains. The front side has a splendid view of turquoise lake with snow-capped mountains ( Feb month) This property and location set a bar so high that many other beautiful places of swiss did not entice us much. This was a self check-in property. Once into your apartment, there was an instruction book which was very helpful with aspects of apartment and locality. Has a car parking facility as well. There is a grocery store in walkable distances and also some options of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much.
