Quiet, clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a convenient residential location

Positiv: We were overall very happy with this lovely apartment and the service we received from the concierge. Beautiful view, lovely terrace, very clean, lots of storage space, really good facilities for storing and drying ski equipment, incredibly well equipped kitchen, useful to have access to a communal laundry room, having two bathrooms was really handy, it wasn't far to walk to the shuttle bus and the possibility to ski back to the forest behind the apartment. Plus, it was warm, cosy and dog friendly. And although our car was too big for the garage there was space to park next to the building, out of the way of others.

Negativ: A few things could be improved: We cleaned up all our dog's poo, but there was a big poo in front of the front door on arrival that no one had bothered to clean up, right in the path. Plus little bits of broken plastic and litter, which of course I picked up. It was very difficult to manoeuvre into and out of the shower bath, as the shower screen blocked your access. The double bed was made up as two single beds pushed together, with separate duvets. Not ideal for a couple. We had to ask for a second key for our group of three adults. The outdoor table was filthy so I had to clean it before using it. The apartment was very well maintained, but there were little bits of damage (chipped induction plate, some chipped crockery, shower door attachment not secure, minor stains, etc). This wouldn't have been an issue apart from the fact that there was no detailed check-in itinerary. We didn't think much of this until after we had returned home the concierge asked us about a split in a lampshade, from a lamp we hadn't touched. So I was worried they would charge us for something we didn't do (fortunately they didn't) and I was concerned that we might get the blame for other things that were showing wear and tear. This could have been avoided with better communication on entering the property about what wear and tear they were already aware of, and we could have been given the chance to check everything over and signal anything they had missed. Despite an amazingly well equipped kitchen, there was no salad spinner. Finally, although it won't last forever, there was some construction noise from a neighbouring chalet which meant it wasn't as peaceful as it would normally be.

Un apartamento perfecto

Positiv: Sin duda es el mejor apartamento en el que he estado. Limpio, soleado, con vistas maravillosas a la montaña, garaje y servicio de limpieza del acceso en caso de nevada (comprobado, durante nuestra estancia cayó paquetón) La dotación de menaje es excepcional, tienen desde lo más básico ( microondas, calentador de agua, lavadora, lavavajillas…) hasta todo lo necesario para preparar fondues o reglettes. No le falta de nada. Se puede llegar esquiando al alojamiento, la parada de bus para subir a pistas está en la esquina y el centr de Crans-Montana a 20’ andando.

Negativ: La verdad, no le puedo encontrar pegas
