Positiv: Very homely. Great friendly owners. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable home with everything you need.

Negativ: Shower head rattles and floorboards in bedroom very squeaky. You can’t move around at night without waking others up.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The facilities were adequate and the staff were helpful.

Positiv: Great value for money, as the price was extremely affordable.

Negativ: There was a musty smell when we first entered the room, but it improved a lot after opening the window. It would be better if a dehumidifier were provided or if windows could be opened more easily.

Positiv: its a great location, family friendly and gentle host. we didn't had any problem at all.

Positiv: The location is good. One stop to Interlaken OST station with a good view.Owner is cooperative. Room has all the staff. There are lots of kitchen utensils and rooms are quite spacious.

Negativ: During summer, it's quite hot as temp was around 30 so they should provide a stand fan in room otherwise it's quite difficult to stay. Room is very close to the main road which is going to Lucerne so vehicle noise is there all the time as you have to keep the window open due to summer and no fan is there. Shower area is not in good shape. It's difficult to use. Defective fridge. The deep fridge is blocked by duck tape. So I can't use that.

Positiv: It's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

Negativ: A bit more time to check out would have been nice but not too big a bother

Wonderful amazing stay

Positiv: Apartment was clean and well maintained and had all amenities available. Amazing experience to stay and location was also nearby. Hosts met us and guided us well very nice and friendly people.

Negativ: No double bed and beds could have been better and a little bit of noise of moving traffic

Nice place

Positiv: A great place to stay in Interlaken. Place was clean and neat. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. You do have to pay CHF 5 for the washing machine and CHF 2 for the dryer. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. Even provided us with a guest card which allowed free usage of the bus in Interlaken and some discounts on attractions. location was good. Just two bus stops away from Interlaken Ost. Just need to be aware of the bus timings as only 1 bus passes by the house.

Positiv: It was excellent experience. Host was very friendly and everythink went very smoothly. Even know we booked this apartment very last minute.
