Positiv: View to the mountains from the apartment. Sparkling cleanness.

Negativ: No sauna and ski boots heaters.

Positiv: Very clean and well equipped, only a short walk from village centre so very quiet. Views are amazing and you can hear the cow bells and the stream nearby.

Positiv: المكان نظيف جداً ، ومتكامل من جميع النواحي وقربة من سنتر القرية يبعد تقريبا 10 دقايق اذا حاب تمشي بالسنتر متعاونين شركة التاجير يوجد حديقة خارجية صغيره لك خاصة

Negativ: مبلغ وديعة 500 فرنك عالي جداً ويرجع لك بعد تسجيل الخروج من 5 ايام الى اسبوع ، وعند الطلب بدفع كاش رفضوا عشان استلمه وانا طالع

Ground-Floor Chalet Apartment with Great Views and a Few Drawbacks

Positiv: The apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, the Wi-Fi connection is reliable, and the beds are very comfortable.

Negativ: The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a chalet at the base of a hill. Its location results in poor air circulation, making the space feel stuffy at times. The apartment is quite compact overall, with a particularly small and cramped bathroom. We also encountered mosquitoes and flies inside, which affected our comfort during the stay. Another challenge was the setup of the facilities: the garbage disposal area is approximately 100 meters away, and the designated parking is at the top of the hill. This made transporting our luggage to and from the apartment quite inconvenient. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the distance from the parking area.

Positiv: جميل ومنعزل اخذت الدور الارضي غرفتين مع صالة مع مطبخ متكامل بجميع اغراضه لو حاب تطبخ وفيه غسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس فالمنزل ويوجد جلسة خارجي مع اطلالة جميلة وفيها شاشة تشغل فيها جميع التطبيقات مع توفر واي فاي .. السنتر يبعد عنها بالمشي 10 دقايق تقريباً لكن المكان ممتع للمشي ومكان الأستقبال اذا بتستلم موجود بالسنتر وواضح

Negativ: وجود مبلغ وديعه تدفعه عندهم اذا جيت تستلم الشقة 500 فرنك مبلغ مرتفع صراحه ورجع المبلغ بعد اسبوع من التسليم

جيده وخصوصية ممتازه للعايله

Positiv: أعجبني النظافه ومتوفر كل شي يحتاجه العائلة ومتوفر موقف السياره فقط لا اكثر ولا اقل

Negativ: ازعاج الجار في الليل و موقع الاستقبال بعيد عن مكان الكوخ مسافه 3 كيلو تقريبا وصعب تعرف مكان الاستقبال من موقع قوقل ماب الي في بوكينج راح تضيع نحن تأخرنا وسكر استقبال وحطو لنا مفتاح جنب الاستقبال ولكن المشكله موقع الاستقبال لغز حله لحالك خذينا ساعتين ندون مكانه تواصلت معهم بكل انواع الاتصال لايوجد رد فقط طرشو لنا مسج عن طريق بوكينج فيها شرح لموقع استلام المفتاح ولكن شرح زي وجههم ما راح تفهم لغز وحله لحالك المهم بعد ساعتين حصلنا مفتاح ومشكله ثانيه شرح موقع الكوخ ايضا غلط منهم يعطوك رقم كوخ مش موجود أصلا وصلت مرحله صرت اجرب المفتاح في كل أكواخ الموجوده في الموقع لين ضبط معاي واحد منهم ودخلت الحمدالله صارت ساعه 1 ليلا

مكان للاستجمام في الطبيعه

Positiv: المكان منعزل والاثاث من الداخل جديد والحلو ان المطبخ يحتوي على جميع احتياجاتك والتلفاز تقدر تدخل بحسابك نتفلكس ويوتيوب

Negativ: توقف باركن السياره فوق وتنزل بالشنط للاسفل لكن ليست مشكله كبيره

Ubicació i espai fabulosos

Positiv: La ubicació és fabulosa, l’apartament és genial i està molt net.

Negativ: Malgrat que s’anuncia amb wifi, aquest no funcionava, i al arribar en dissabte a les 18.00h ja no va haver-hi cap resposta fins dilluns. Vam estar sense poder contactar amb ningú. El password informat era erroni i tot i que s’agraeix la disculpa, no compensa les molèsties i l’incompliment d’un dels serveis més essencials avui dia. Haurien d’haver fet un descompte de motu propi, i no han fet res. Tampoc té sentit que al arribar amb l’oficina tancada i no poder fer el check in fins 2 dies més tard, no et deixin totes les avantatges al sobre d’informació. Quan vam anar dilluns a fer el check in, ens van donar un passi pels autobusos que no vam poder utilitzar ni dissabte ni diumenge. Haurien d’haver-ho deixat al sobre de la informació.

overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay in the pretty chalet.

Positiv: Clean, Modern, Nice bathroom and kitchen kitchen had stainless steel pots and pans, Dishwasher, lots of utensils comfortable beds enough space and storage for family of four beautiful views. Dehumidifier helped.

Negativ: This is the downstairs unit. if the upstairs unit is also occupied and if you take showers in the evening, you might not have hot water but then you can go to the laundry room snd turn on the switch. But, the laundry room is only for the upstairs unit and can be locked. i would suggest future visitors to talk to front office on how to handle this if you plan on taking showers in the evening.
