Excellent location with stunning views.accommodation good but expected higher standard due to high cost

Positiv: Location was excellent, balcony was great to watch cable cars and paragliders. Showers had plenty of hot water. Overall spacious inside. Very useful fridge freezer (although the documentation didn’t mention freezer). Great to have Netflix capability on TV with internet connection.

Negativ: Instructions on how to get in property were confusing. At no point did the documentation state the family name Augustine. The key box inside the larger grey letter box was confusing too as we didn’t see it at the very back to begin with. Also, mixed messages about whether 300CHF deposit was needed. We took cash with us but didn’t need it, so lost money exchanging back. Sofa not particularly comfortable due to low back. Beds too hard. Apartment in general could do with a bit of TLC as it was tired in places. Bathroom door opened by itself and handle banged loudly on radiator behind which was annoying at night time.

Positiv: Great location, view and facility was clean and comfortable. The communication with the team was great and they were very accommodating and supportive!

Negativ: The outside area needs some attention and fixing up. Also it would be great if there was outdoor cushions for patio chairs.

Perfect apartment with beautiful views and easy check-in.

Positiv: Lovely apartment, easy to find and to collect the keys even though we were running late. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We drove into Grindelwld if we needed the supermarket but it wasn't too far to walk either. The views from the balcony are beautiful and you can eat your meals indoors or outdoors. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower over a bath which is great if you have kids to bath or like a soak yourself. We would definitely stay again.

Negativ: There was no lock on the bathroom door so we had to use a wedge (that I had brought with me) to ensure privacy.

Amazing views of Grindelwald!!!

Positiv: The chalet has exceeded our expectations!! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and you can’t deny the amazing view you get from the apartment ❤️ the apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need. It was very spacious and well kept. Easy to get to by bus as it is the last stop - have to be aware of timings as it only comes every 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Positiv: מיקום מדהים, נוף עוצר נשימה. בית חמים ונעים, מרוהט היטב, ועם כל המתקנים הנדרשים לשהיה משפחתית נעימה.

Negativ: שימו לב שאין מעלית, והדירה בקומה שלישית, מה שמחייב סחיבת מזוודות במעלה המדרגות.

الاسترخاء والهدوء والتأمل

Positiv: الشقة تتكون من ثلاث غرف وحمامين حمام واحد لايوجد قفل ولا يوجد شطاف ومطبخ مفتوح على غرفة الجلوس واذا استعملت الماء الحار كثيراً سوف ينتهي عندما يأتي الليل المنطقة باردة ويحتاج ملابس الشتاء لان نحن تفاجئنا جداً بالطقس البارد والامطار.. الاطلالة رائعة جداً جداً والشقة نظيفة وكل اغراض الطبخ موجودة .

Negativ: لا يوجد مصعد وكنا في الطابق الثاني ولدينا الكثير من الشنط تعبنا جدا . اجراءات الخروج صعبة يجب ازالة كل اغطية السرير وكل القمامة التي في الشقة .

Nice chalet but impractical check in check out procedures

Positiv: The chalet has a balcony facing the mountain, which provided a fantastic and inviting view. We enjoyed having home cooked meals the balcony almost every day.

Negativ: We had to pick up th key from a different location which is a long walk up hill to the chalet. It costed us 10 CHF extra to make the taxi stop just to pick up the key. We also had to return the key back to the office checking out. Also , there is a long list of duties to complete in checking out, including removing the bed linens! We did not expect that with the price we paid!

Positiv: الموقع ممتاز جدا لدرجة ان المنطقة المقابلة للسكن يأتون إليها العرسان لالتقاط الصور التذاكارية المطبخ مكتمل من القدور الصحون وادوات الطبخ وادوات تحضير وتناول الطعام وجهاز غسيل الصحون توفر موقف خاص بالسيارة وفي مكان آمن أمام الشقة الصور في الموقع توضح بالضبط الواقع في الشقة مع ان مكتب التأجير ليس قريب من الشقة ولكن كانوا متعاونين جدا وتم توضيح مكان استلام المفتاح

Negativ: لايوجد غسالة ملابس وخاصة لمن يسكن فترة طويلة ويحتاج غسيل ملابس لايوجد مصعد ومن لدية حقائب ثقيلة يجد صعوبة في حملها في السلم ( الدرج ) لا يوجد مكتب لتأجير الشقة في نفس المبنى ولابد من مراجعة مكتب interhome في وسط قرية جريندليفالد لاستلام المفتاح ومن يحضر متأخر يجد المفتاح في صندوق البريد المجاور للمكتب . ولكن يجب تعبئة البيانات المرسلة على الايميل قبل وقت الوصول ب 48 ساعة ليتم تجهيز بقية الإجراءات حتى لو لم تقابل اي شخص من المكتب
