Positiv: Host is very nice, a bit lost to find the hotel but host came to find us directly. The view is fantasy. Beddings are good but the pillow are too soft.

Negativ: Stoves are not hot enough, we have to use the oven to cook and there is only salt , we have to buy oil.

Positiv: Everything was great, especially the view and quiet location. Check-in was fast and friendly. Would recommend this to friends coming to Grindleward. The microwave and fridge were useful for food and beverages.

Negativ: A slight slope when walking to take the bus but generally no issue for normal person, helps to burn some calories.

Convenient location with great views.

Positiv: Spacious with a great view in a very convenient and quiet location. Lovely to hear the noise of the river down below. Close to a choice of bus stops and the town centre. Very convenient for the Firstbahn, Pfingstegg and the Glacier Canyon. A large living room and bedroom with a separate kitchen was great.

Negativ: All good.

Picturesque, cosy, quiet, spacious and convenient location. In short... Perfect!

Positiv: Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, spacious, cosy and warm, and the unobstructed view of the mountains out the lounge and bedroom windows is out of this world. I could not imagine a place I would rather stay.

Negativ: Positioned a little ways down the hill, the walk up to the town centre is quite steep and heavy suitcases will be hard to manage, especially in snowy weather. Recommend booking the local 'Frutt Taxi' for your check in and out. Don't worry, it's well worth it!

Positiv: 2층에 있는 방이였고, 해당 숙소에서 가장 큰 룸에 묵었습니다. 거실과 베란다에서 바라보는 뷰가 최고입니다. 거실과 침실 모두 넓고 주방도 넓었어요. 비오는날은 거실 티비로 넷플릭스도 보고, 주방에는 치즈퐁듀 할수있는 식기들이 있어서 치즈퐁듀도 해먹었어요. 이외 다양한 식기들 모두 구비되어 있어요. 그린델발트에 또 여행을 온다면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Positiv: Great scenery 숙소에서의 전망이 매우 좋았음. 스위스 그린델발트에서 원하던 자연 그대로의 멋진 아이거북벽 광경을 볼 수 있음 Perfect kitchen utensils 모든 주방기구가 구비돼 있어서 직접 요리해 먹는데에 불편함이 없음.

Negativ: Late response 문의에 대한 답변이 매우 느림. 체크인시간 변경에 대한 답변이 매우 느렸고 숙박기간 중에 궁금해진 일상적인 문의에는 아예 답변하지 않음. Booking.com을 통해 문의하므로 실제 시설관리인과의 의사소통에 시간이 걸리는 것으로 생각되나 개선이 필요해 보임

Positiv: ベランダからの眺めが最高でした。 キッキン道具が充実していて、自炊するのに快適です。スーパーも近いです。 部屋も綺麗でしたし、バスタブがついていてゆっくり湯船に浸かることができました。

Negativ: 特になし
