Studio Central Grindelwald

Toll, weil Grindelwald seit meiner Kindheit mein Lieblingsort in den Bergen ist!

Positiv: Die Lage in zweiter Reihe zur Dorfstrasse war super. Das Studio ist angenehm gross und gemütlich.

Negativ: Leider hat es zum Relaxen nur einen Sofastuhl, so dass eine Person am Tisch sitzen oder sich aufs Bett legen muss.

Positiv: Very convenient location. Easy access to the ski bus. Close to the center of the village.Good size for two people. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great communication. Beautifully clean.

Negativ: Could do with two easy chairs.- (just being picky)

Positiv: Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed.

Negativ: A small issue but we would have liked having more towels - we had 1 each for showering but wanted a hand towel and/or bath mat as well.

Positiv: Right in the centre of Grindelwald. Super clean and tidy. Owner great and great to communicate with. Very spacious, comfy bed, nice fan. Loads of things to use for cooking and for coffee machine. Super easy to find. Great view of the mountains. Would highly recommend! 2-5 min walk to station and coop. Looks like the pictures advertised too

Fantastic stay

Positiv: The location was great, as well as the size of the studio. Having plug adapters was also useful and the bed and shower were good. The price was also at the right level so was good value. It was private and had a great quality coffee machine with many capsules which we appreciated. Check in was flexible and did not require any person to person handover which was good as we arrived late in the day. The host was helpful with recommendations and answered quickly. Would 100% stay again.

Negativ: There weren't some kitchen items which would have made it better. No toaster or microwave and things like a spatula. There also was not an iron. These things weren't included in the booking and I didn't request them once there but it would have been good to have

Positiv: Lovely little appartment in the middle of grindelwald and included everything you could possibly need for a few days including a full kitchen. Mountain views for the windows TV and WiFi all included however wasn't working when we were there. Easy self check in

Beautiful location and very convenient for travelling by train around the Jungfrau region.

Positiv: Beautiful location, and only a couple minutes walk from the train station. The apartment had more than enough facilities for one person and would be ideal for a couple. It was also kept nice and warm throughout the entire stay.

Negativ: The walk from the apartment down to the street can be bit dangerous on very cold mornings as it gets quite slippy. Though if you take it slow and keep close to the hand rail you'll be fine.

Positiv: The hotel was only 5 minute walk from train station. The room was really spacious even for 2 people, and was located behind the main street building, which made it quiet from early evening. It also had a small kitchen and all the utensils and equipment you need to cook for yourself. The hotel didn't provide breakfast but was connected to a bakery in front of it opening at 7am. Luggage can be stored in the back of the bakery for sightseeing after check out.

Negativ: Tourist tax could only be paid in cash.

Positiv: Location is great , is close to the train station. The kitchen was perfect, they provided everything you could need. The television has Netflix and YouTube, awesome.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment, right in the heart of Grindelwald.

Positiv: The apartment was comfortable, clean, in excellent condition and well appointed. It had everything you need for a short holiday in Grindelwald. The owners were very thoughtful and attentive about making our stay enjoyable!

Negativ: There was nothing not to like! The only improvement would be to provide better directions to the apartment, as it is actually up a side street, even though the address is for the main street.
