Apartment Chalet Anna by Interhome

Not recommend!

Positiv: The view in Grindelwald is breathtaking from any spot you are standing at.

Negativ: We did not like our stay in that apartment, and here are all the reasons we do not recommend it: Location #1 - You pickup and return the key from an office in the main street 1.5km far from the apartment! Imagine yourself dragging with your luggage.. Location #2 - it is located 1+ km from the main street with all the restaurants and shops. You want coffee in the morning or buy some groceries? Walk 15 minutes up the steep hills. Now imagine that with your luggage on the first and last day of your stay. Bus? The closest bus station that is actually working is located 10+ minutes just to arrive at it. Location #3 - don't even think about arriving at the apartment for the first time after sunset (if you are without a car). Google Maps will only confuse you showing you a 20 minute path when you are 1 min away from the apartment, just because there are no official sidewalks on the roads. My tip - walk in the car path when using Google Maps. Apartment #1 - The apartment is actually the top floor of some family house. We found it a bit weird. They are usually quiet. Apartment #2 - no Shampoo, no shower gel. Bring your own.. Apartment #3 - there are threatening instruction signs to clean the kitchen, throw the garbage, not wet the shower floor. We didn't like it at all..we respected the requests but didn't like it. Beds #1 - if your height is 175cm and above - beds will be too small for you. Your feet will keep hitting the bed frame. Beds #2 - mattresses are terrible. You are sinking into them, and you wake up with a back ache every morning. Beds #3 - if you are a couple - the beds are single beds that are located close to each other, with a gap between the two beds. Hug my wife during the night? No can do.

Positiv: Very nice location at the foot of the Eiger. Short walk to Grindelwald Grund Station or the Volg for shopping. Bus station is nearby.

Negativ: nothing - all was fine

Positiv: Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Large living room with good furniture. Peaceful neighborhood with good view.

Negativ: Apartment is quite a far walk from main town area and train station with low bus frequencies. Keys have to be collected and returned to the office which is quite far away from the apartment within the main town area.

Positiv: Everything is great. Very comfortable and sufficient space.

Negativ: Booking.com give wrong spot on the map. Make confusion in finding the house.

It is a sweet home away from our own home..

Positiv: All were in the place..much more than needed for a tourist..

Negativ: Bathroom door was not had a lock from inside..

An authentic Swiss experience

Positiv: The Chalet is two houses away from the bus stop, which makes getting around a breeze. We loved the authenticity of the chalet, which was well equipped for dining in.

Spacious apartment with all the basic utilities with breath-taking view

Positiv: The property was amazing and view from every room was spectacular. It was quite spacious and had all the necessary utilities. It was very close from Grindelwald Termini station which was quite convenient.

Negativ: Only problem we faced that we had to collect the key from another office and submit it there which was little inconvenient but office was not too far so if you have car then it's not a big issue.

Lovely fully equipped chalet home with stunning view around

Positiv: Two bedroom, one living room, one kitchen room and one bathroom on entire second floor of the house. Full facilities, equipment and utensils in all room. The house is located around 20 meters from local bus number 123 stop. Walking distance from (slightly down) / to (slightly up) Grindelwald train station. Have a pleasant stay during all 5 nights here.

Negativ: Only one limited space bathroom (combined WC and shower box).

Positiv: شقة رائعة في مكان رائع في الفاتنة جريندلوالد الشقة نظيفة واطلالتها رائعة جدا عيبها الوحيد ضيق الحمام لم نتعامل مع المضيف ولكن تعاملنا مع مكتب انترهوم في سنتر جريندلوالد اخذنا المفتاح منهم وسلمناه لهم موظفون رائعون ومتعاونون جدا

Negativ: لا شيء

Verrassend.

Positiv: De locatie en het fantastische uitzicht. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers, een met uitzicht op de Wetterhorn en de andere kamer heeft een verbluffend uitzicht op de Eiger. Als je van bergen houdt moet je hier zijn. Chalet Anna is een echte chalet met veel hout, leuk balkon en de leefkamer vond ik charmant. Bij warm weer is het binnen heerlijk fris. De slaapkamers en de leefruimte waren groter dan verwacht en het balkon vond ik heerlijk om te vertoeven. In de kasten vind je veel gerief om te koken, te lezen ( duitstalige boeken ) en er is zelfs een grote puzzel. Bij aankomst was er een fruitmandje voorzien.

Negativ: Bij aankomst viel het uiterlijke van de chalet wat tegen, geen bloemen aan het balkon zoals op de foto's op de website, onverzorgde voortuin met hoog onkruid maar eens als je in het appartement bent was het eigenlijk beter dan verwacht. Het huis heeft 3 appartementen, in de 2 onderste wonen huurders en het bovenste is een vakantieverblijf. De keuken en badkamer zijn klein maar met 2 personen is het te doen. Eén apparaat heb ik gemist: een microgolfoven.
