Studio 104 - Riverside

I would stay again. Its not the fault of mansgement the other people are inconsiderate and noisy.

Positiv: I loved the location opposite the Interlaken Ost station across the river. It was a 7-10 minute walk. The unobstructed view to the river was magical. The ducks came to back door. Watched the boats sail by. The unit was medium sized - the kitchen had stove oven grill microwave and toaster and lARGE fridge not one of those mini ones. Bathroom with toilet OK shower. Plenty of storage. Had iron and iron board. Car park next to units. Security light turned on fir safety at night to and from car. Finally the free access to laundry with washing machine and dryer. We were given red key to access

Negativ: The last couple of nights could not sleep as extremely noisy people above us. We were on ground floor and people above us kept us awake - last night we were there they stopped noise after 1am. We were there a week and first 4 nights perfect. Quiet.

book it but dont expect the host to be available in case of any emergency

Positiv: facilities and facing the river view adn mountains

Negativ: The host never picked up the phone at all. I called him 5 times as I didnt know the code was sent to me via text message and i ept calling and he didnt bother to pick up or even return my calls the following day. He just commincates via text and also only after 7 pm if there is an emergency. it says very clearly on his site. he will not collect a call even in case of an emergency. I fail to see the logic and the irony in it is, its not for fun we are calling you, we call u in case of any emergency and an emergency doesnt only occur after 7 pm for you to attend to our calls. the host needs to have a better approach to things.

Great location

Positiv: The location was great with a view of the aare river. The Indian restaurant was just on the side so no issues with dinner It's only 12 minutes walk from the Interlaken ost station

Negativ: The outer appearance was not upto the mark but the Inside was great and made up for any apprehension that we had on the first sight

A comfortable stay.

Positiv: Well situated, within easy walk to the centre of Interlaken. Very clean, with a well equipped kitchen & excellent shower.

Negativ: Although advertised as having two double beds & two bedrooms, the property is a studio apartment with two beds. Whilst suitable for a couple, or small family, it wasn’t ideal for two friends sharing. The door to the shower room wouldn’t close as the frame had warped, and this needs to be addressed

Positiv: Price was really good given the swiss price. Location is the best. View of Alphs from room, Lake, near station.

Negativ: While booking It says 2 bed room apartment but to our horror it was just an extension to the One bed room, Theres just another bed, no door so it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe describe its a One bed room with an extension?

一切都很好 除了地理位置

Positiv: 每个细节都做得很好 只是地图位置看在火车站附近 但实际上需要走20分钟 我们晚上到的 那条路很黑很偏僻 箱子还需要拖着上山和走石头路

Negativ: 地理位置无法改变但起码保持电话畅通 我入住有问题酒店打电话 房东就不接电话了。

Positiv: 역에서 생각보다 멀지 않고(경사로 없이 최대 15분) 식기류, 인덕션, 오븐, 전자레인지, 커피포트, 접시, 수저세트 등 갖춰져있을 것들은 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 경치도 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 강도 흐르고 조그마한 테라스도 있습니다. 주인 분이 답변도 잘 해주셨습니다.

Negativ: 원룸입니다. 더블 침대가 하나, 그리고 나머지는 쇼파베드입니다. 사진과 설명이 달랐습니다. 부킹닷컴에서 빨리 수정해야하지 않나 싶습니다.

Positiv: The property has a great view and a great location

Positiv: 필요한 기본 물품들은 모두 있었고 호수가 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다. 청소 상태도 좋았고 인터라켄 동역에서 비교적 가깝게 걸어올 수 있었습니다.

Au bord de l’eau

Positiv: L’emplacement au bord de l’eau était sympa et proche de la ville et surtout de la gare (15´) Linge de maison et de toilettes ok Parking à proximité Environnement extérieur très calme Propriétaire serviable

Negativ: On entend un peu les logements contigus
