SWEET HOLIDAY HOME - NO.1

Positiv: Super Lage, bequeme Betten, sehr grosse Wohnung, schnelle Kommunikation

Negativ: Toilettenspülung etwas langsam, Ausstattung Küche ok

Für den Preis war der Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung.

Positiv: Es war warm und das Apartment war wirklich groß. In der Nähe hat man auch eine einfache kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeit

Negativ: Die Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, jedoch gab es an sehr vielen Stellen Spinnennetze und es ist sehr hellhörig

Excellent apartment. Huge space.

Positiv: Excellent location. Check in time was 5 pm but we were able to checked in at 11:30 luckily because property was available. From interlaken west station it’s about 3 minutes walking distance.

Negativ: There is no mirror except bathroom mirror. In the bedroom I felt a mirror badly needed

A spacious accomodation very near Interlaken West station.

Positiv: It was big and spacious as well as close proximity to the train station. Lots of halal eateries.

Negativ: The heater was not effective. As it was winter, the room was very cold. Its on the second floor thus if your luggages are large, be prepared to lug it up the staircase.

Well located spacious apartment, and very comfortable

Positiv: Location was perfect, comfortable beds, spacious apartment with enough room for a family. Great communication with Gayatri.

Negativ: Not much to not like but if I had to be picky, no curtains in kitchen area, some areas not renovated 100%. But was a good experience, would go back.

Pleasant stay

Positiv: Grateful to the host that we were able to deposit our bags first in the property as we had arrived much earlier before check in time. We were also able to leave our bags few more hours on check out day. The property has 2 big double beds which we appreciate. The kitchen also has most of what we need except no scissors and the frying pan is quite worn out and used. Liked the big dining table that sits enough for 6pax. Around 3 mins walk to Interlaken west station which is convenient. However, if coming back after sun has set, the walking path back to the house can be quite dark

Negativ: Nothing much we dont like. Maybe could have more hangers in the wardrobe as we came during winter and many layer of clothes required to hang. Probably good to keep a broom somewhere in the house as well as during autumn/winter, we tend to unintentionally step on or got onto our luggage wheels more fallen or wet leaves and brought into the house. The city taxes are also not included in the booking and required to paid separately. I think it will be better to include and indicate it in the main booking so we will not miss it.

Positiv: Location, Room Space, Large beds, Very accomodating Host.

Negativ: Cleanliness, facilities some are defective

Positiv: Fantastic location, right in the centre of Interlaken. Host was very responsive via WhatsApp once we had their direct number. Comfortable beds and very spacious accommodation.

Negativ: Found attention to detail a bit lacking- poorly stocked kitchen with minimal utensils, no wine glasses, no cooking oil. No handwash/soap for bathroom basin. With just a few more things added, this property would be 10/10.

Roomy apartment and accomodating hosts.

Positiv: Wonderful location-lovely and quiet. Helpful hosts and roomy apartment. Could do with more hooks for towels in bathrooms and hanging space for the larger bedroom.

Negativ: Lacked hanging space in bathrooms. Shower wasn’t very user friendly.

Tidy and old apartment, close to city

Positiv: Location, close to Interlaken West train station and loads of restaurants close by, including supermarkets. Spacious sit out, which we enjoyed.

Negativ: Old house and some electric sockets don't work. No washing machine for laundry.
