NI FRAVI Holiday Apartments

The apartment was spacious and the views were amazing.

Positiv: Self contained unit was perfect for our needs. Across the square from the Interlaken West train station and alongside shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Negativ: The Stairs. Only access to our apartment was via stairs meaning all luggage had to be carried upstairs. While the vendor mentioned there would be stairs this apartment would not be ideal for older or unwell people. It was a major workout. The dining room chairs supplied were two chairs and two odd sized stools which were not suitable for long term use like sitting around the table for a game of cards for example.

Positiv: It was a pleasant stay . Beds were comfortable. Quilts had good linen covers . Apartment was spacious.

Negativ: Kitchen and washing machine would have made the stay better. Curtains don’t really cover windows properly. Overall it was nice accomodation.

Great location beautiful apartment be ideal for slightly larger kitchen facilities as were on ground floor with family.

Positiv: Beautiful rooms, location was handy by train station and shops and lovely rooms.

Negativ: Doors not as well insulated internally so noise could travel within apartment building. Would be good if slightly larger fridge and was powered on cool when arrived. Be great if little more of a kitchenette & a washing machine. Though the host did advise there was a washing service available for a fee.

Good value for money

Positiv: The location is great, close to everywhere. The apartment is clean and well-designed. Catherine was also very helpful. Great value for money.

Negativ: Considering you could not stand in the shower, I think a bath curtain would be useful. We sometimes hit our heads at the low ceiling near the bed too, lol.

Excellent family stay , conveniently located . Highly recommended

Positiv: 1 min walk from the station , can see the property from the station. Very conveniently located to a great supermarket (Migros) and you buy food fresh everyday and cook at the apartment . The host was very upfront as well on the property - I.e. in the attic, no elevator , tiny bathroom.. so everything is as expected. Property is very spacious and modern looking/fresh which we love . You can see the alps from the kitchen window on a clear day.

Negativ: No elevator (which we knew ahead of time) so we left most of our heavy luggages in Interlaken station. Small bathroom (again expected , but didn’t mind at all since you only spend time there to shower ) .

Positiv: Nice, clean appartment in the center of Interlaken. Close to the railway station.

Negativ: The shower in the bath. The ceiling was to low to stand in the bath.

Positiv: Very central, train station right infront of property migros also downstairs and heaps of restaurants and cafes

Negativ: The shower, we were on the top level and the shower was under the pitched roof couldn’t stand straight to shower

Just perfect apartment in every way.

Positiv: Absolutely beautiful apartment with the most incredible view of snow capped mountains. Gorgeous personal touch with welcoming little gift that the kids loved. It was cosy and warm and we liked that there was no TV as we played cards. The full kitchen was so good with everything you need to cook and there was little things like salt and oil and tea bags. Having a little washing machine was a huge bonus. The view from the shower window was breathtaking. This is the perfect winter getaway apartment but being up 3 flights of stairs I would not recommend to anyone who might find this challenging. Having a huge supermarket down stairs is excellent and the train station directly across the road is so easy to get to the mountains like Grindelwald. We absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely stay again and recommend to our family’s and friends.

Negativ: The bathroom is really small and water gets everywhere from the shower but it definitely doesn’t take away from how fabulous the apartment is.

We wouldn’t mind coming back again if we are not expecting huge and heavy luggages.

Positiv: The design of the apartment was awesome but the posters in the room can be a yay or neh for people, depending on the region you are from. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay for us. The host was extremely helpful to answer some of our questions with wifi etc quite promptly. Location is super good as well. Right across the train station and next to Migros supermarket.

Negativ: I wished I knew much earlier that the apartment is located on the top floor of the building - 4F and there is no lift. Washer also has no dryer function and no detergent was provided. Guess they didn’t expect anyone to use it. The bathroom is extremely narrow and definitely not recommended for people who are big sized. There’s also no blinds or curtains in the apartment so we have to get dressed at one corner of the room where it will not be seen from the outside.

Great location near the station and supermarket

Positiv: Great location right near the station with a pretty nice view. The apartment is large and has great kitchen, lounge and bedroom areas. Light and bright apartment close to the supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

Negativ: The washing washing was pretty small so had to do multiple loads in order to wash our clothes. The bathroom was also small but manageable.
