Positiv: Ein Appartement an guter Lage in einer schönen Bergwelt Umgebung. Sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Negativ: Das Appartement wurde offenbar nicht gleichmässig beheizt, es war teilweise sehr kalt. Die Gastgeberin war nicht präsent. Alle Informationen über das Appartement waren in einem Prospekt auf dem Küchentisch nachlesbar, aber nur in Englisch und die Kurtaxe musste man Cash in ein Couvert legen.

Positiv: Brand new renovated flat. Great bathroom. You have most of the appliance you need to cook. Very comfortable beds. Great place close to Interlaken center. supermarkets, bakery, bar etc.. nearby. Bus station just in front of the door.

Great apartment & great location

Positiv: Great little apartment with very handy washing machine and all facilities to make our stay very comfortable. The cleaners were lovely and very helpful. The location was also great with good restaurants and crepe shop just across the road.

Negativ: No issues what so ever.

Overall a good stay with clean rooms, need to take bus to most areas but bus stop is near apartment

Positiv: Nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen Bedrooms are of good sizes

Negativ: No living area and dining is only common area TV a bit on the small side

We will definitely stay in the property when we visit Switzerland again.

Positiv: The location, the apartment itself big, comfortable, complete on all what you need. The host is very nice she let us checked out late.

Negativ: We had an issue of the wifi but everything else was perfect.

Exceptional Property. The host has thought of everything.

Positiv: The location was excellent. Only a short walk from the main city centre. There were sufficient eating options close by including a supermarket. The cooking facilities had everything we needed it was just so well equipped. The attention to detail was exceptional. A bottle of wine and Toblerone chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. It was the best accommodation we had in our 6 week overseas trip. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay in Interlaken, do not expect in-time response from the host. Quite Self-Serviced.

Positiv: The location is good, you can walk there from the Interlaken Ost train station or take a bus. The facilities in the apartment are good. Well-equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is comfortable.

Negativ: The host is quite unreachable, it sometimes takes more than 24 hours to get their response. Before my check-out, I asked the host whether I could extend the check-out time, and she replied to me that she would tell me the day before my check-out date. BUT she never answered me later..... There is a long upstairs to get to the family suite, so if you are carrying a heavy suitcase, you will find it extremely difficult to bring it into the apartment. The guest card for the transportation is not sent through email. Instead, it is placed on the table in the apartment. So you need to get to the apartment first then you can get the tickets for taking the local transportation.
