Top Preisleistung in top Skigebiet!

Positiv: Uns gibt es keine bessere Friendwohnung für Skifahren. Diesmal war das schon 3. Besuch ubd schon für Weihnachten 2026 und früh jahr 2027 für Skifahren gebucht. Perfekt für die Familie

Negativ: Electro Lade Säule gibt es nicht in der Anlage. Es wäre klasse, wenn ihr dei Ladesäule bietet.

Positiv: Die Lage, der Standard, die Grösse, die Qualität der Materialien, das Fitness, Waschmaschinen, beheizter Skiraum etc

Negativ: Es war nicht 100% Sauber und so 2-3 Dinge in der Küche fehlten, wie z.B. Stabmixer.

Wunderschön, toller Service, Top Lage, einfach zum geniessen

Positiv: Es war eine super schöne Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen. Gutes Angebot an Zusatzdienstleistungen, wie zB. Frühstück Service an die Tür, Abendessen bestellen. Gute Lage. Nahe an der Bergbahn Hohsaas. Bushaltestelle ein paar Schritte entfernt. Toll eingerichtet für Biker.

Negativ: Ich würde eher eine Anregung machen. Einen Waschplatz für die Bikes wäre absolut top.

Sehr schöne, saubere und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die leider etwas klein ist.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber.

Negativ: das Bad ist für 4 Personen zu klein. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten / Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen,

Sehr gut aber Reinigungsgebühr + early Check-Out

Positiv: - sehr sauber, gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden - Nähe zur Bushaltestelle -> Bus nach Saas-Fee fährt von dort mind. 4x pro Stunde - sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht - man fühlt sich durch die schöne Einrichtung sehr wohl in der Wohnung

Negativ: - 150 CHF Reinigungsgebühr + 60 CHF Bettwäschegebühr gezahlt und man muss u.a. selbst das Bett komplett abziehen und den Müll zur Recyclingstation bringen (Androhung von 25 CHF Rechnung pro nicht korrekt getrenntem oder entsorgtem Müllbeutel) - sehr früher Check-Out (bis 9:00) vor allem in Anbetracht der Tatsache dass der Check-In im Gegenzug auch nicht früher als üblich ist (ab 16:00)

Centrally located apartment

Positiv: The staff was friendly and the check-in was without issues. The location is excellent. The bakery was only 2 minutes away by foot (great bread!) and the Saas-Grund cable car about 7 minutes. The apartment was of good size, we had the one with two bedrooms, the beds were good. Everything was modern and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the washing machine in the basement (coin operated), which was convenient to have.

Negativ: In our case, the view wasn't really spectacular as we were overlooking the parking lot. There was a temporary trash container under the balcony which was a bit unusual. It was removed 2 days before we left. There was a problem with the sewage system affecting the toilet and shower. It happened twice and both times it was resolved the same day, the 2nd time fixed for good. Such things happen and I think they handled it well. The check-out time is 09:00. This is really the only thing I think they should improve upon, almost everywhere else it is 10:00. It means you have to get up early and rush, which is a bit of bummer since that is your last impression before you leave.

Positiv: Very friendly staff! The kitchenequipment is great, we found everything we needed. The indoor playground was great and a nice little extra for our kid! The beds are super comfortable.

Negativ: A missig bathtub in our Appartment and the very early checkout-time.

Positiv: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, parfait pour une famille. Le bus pour aller skier à Saas Fee est à proximité immédiate du logement.

Positiv: It’s my second time staying at the Montela. The apartment is super nice and cozy, and the customer service is excellent and friendly

Positiv: Fijn hotel met goede voorzieningen en prima bedden. Vriendelijk personeel.

Negativ: Prijs aan de hoge kant.
