Sehr Angenehm gerne wieder

Positiv: Lage ist Super, Preis Leistung passt auch, Keine Komplikationen, Man hat alles was man braucht (alles hat funktioniert)

Negativ: nichts

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung. Absolut ideal 2 Toiletten.

Super, gute Lage, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Positiv: Die Lage war sehr zentral, ziemlich ruhig trotz Nähe an der Hauptstrasse. Grosse Wohnung, eigentlich super! Balkon cool (vor allem im Sommer)

Negativ: Aussenwand bei der Küche zeigt starken Schimmelbefall, Backofen war nicht geputzt, auf der Terrasse waren Zigarettenstummel (nicht fehlen des Vermieters, aber), (Fondue-Rechaud hat gefehlt, einheitlich fast Standard)

Positiv: Die Lage quasi direkt an der Talstation der Gondel und in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist super.

Negativ: Die Unordnung im Keller vor dem Skiraum.

Positiv: Sauber, gemütlich, mit tollem Skidepot und in der Nähe vom Bus zu den Pisten.

Negativ: Die Kopfkissen sind sehr umbequem und ich würde gerne mindestens eine Flashe Duschgel bekommen haben.

Wohnung an super Lage

Positiv: Geräumige 1‐Zimmer-Wohnung. Bequemes Bett, grosses Bad, grosser Schrank, Wasserkocher... Super Lage direkt bei Bushaltestelle und Bergbahnen. Lift vorhanden.

Negativ: Nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht sehr gestört haben. Bratpfanne war zerkratzt. Seife beim Lavabo im Badezimmer wäre toll gewesen. Gebührenpflichtige Abfallsäcke müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.

Positiv: Sauber und Aufgeräumt. Gute Lage mit Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, Bergbahn 100m entfernt.

Negativ: In unserer Wohnung hatte es keine Nachttische.

Positiv: - The location is excellent, - just at the bottom of the main ski lift - with supermarket and rentals close by. SaasGrund has stayed in a time warp, which is great if you are ok with just going skiing with your family and not wanting to pose for instagram everywhere.

Negativ: I got a speeding ticket in Visp, watch out on the route Cantonale, there are bits that are 50. SaasGrund is in the very narrow Saas valley so the sunshine and great views are from further up the mountain.

Pleasant and fun!

Positiv: Central accommodation in Saas Grund. Bus stops right out the front in Saas Grund, Bergbahnen. Good value for money. The Coop is not far (5-10 min walk).

Negativ: Saas Fee is only accessible by bus from Saas Grund and after a certain hour, there are no more buses. Limits accessiblity to apres ski events. Not a concern for people serious about getting in good ski/snowboarding.

Positiv: Very good location, the view is amazing, beds are nice. the person who assists us is very accomodating and entertain us asap.

Negativ: Not that clean. The shower is clogged, it takes time for the water to drain so it was hard for us to shower. some hair on the floor, even clothes from previous renters are still there. I hope they can improve the supplies like add more toilet paper, kitchen paper, garbage bag..
