Urban Cube mit Sauna

Positiv: war sehr sauber und alles wad man brauchte war vorhanden

Negativ: uns hat es sehr gut gefallen allerdings fanden wir das es ein wenig kalt war im haus

Positiv: Tolle Ausstattung inkl so Dinge wie Gewürze, Seifen, Haushaltpapier etc die man oft in anderen Wohnungen extra kaufen muss. Viel Platz, bequeme Betten und Sofa, alles da. Rasche Reaktion der Vermieter, unkompliziert und freundlich

Negativ: Schade hat es im ganzen Haus nur eine Kombi WC/Badezimmer. Ein separates WC inkl evtl kleine Dusche im UG bei Sauna wäre super nützlich.

Positiv: Tolle Unterkunft für eine Familie / Gruppe. Ausstattung hervorragend. Alle Utensilien waren vor Ort, und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bäcker ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Negativ: Bei 6 Personen kann es aufgrund des einen Badezimmers inkl WC zu Wartezeiten kommen. Ist aber zu organisieren. ;-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.Sehr modern und sauber. Das Nutzen der Sauna war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.Man hat viel Platz in der Wohnung,kann auch zu Fuß zum Bahnhof bzw. In die Altstadt gehen.Dazu gehört auch ein schöner Garten mit großer Sitzgelegenheit.

Negativ: Es gibt im ganzen Haus nur eine Toilette,die sich auch im Obergeschoss befindet.Für fußkranke Menschen eher schwierig.

Comfortable and stylish facility with excellent owners

Positiv: Comfy, modern, and spacious house. Meticulous documentation prepared by the owners. Super easy check in. Owners were very responsive to help us resolve one small problem.

Negativ: The location is OK, but it takes a bit of a walk to reach the city center (or a drive — parking facilities in Thun are pretty good). Not much choice of restaurants nearby.

Positiv: Extremely easy to use, generally well maintained, well equipped. Very practical location with ample parking. Great communication from staff.

Negativ: Beds sag a bit - would recommed to level them out.

Positiv: We were traveling as a family of 6 and enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves. It is tastefully done up by the owner with all modern amenities and the views from the terrace are beautiful and very scenic...surrounded by mountains. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a sitting area in the backyard. The home is in a peaceful area with 10 min walk or 2 min bus ride to COOP and MIGROS supermarket which was very convenient since we look to cook. The bus stop is a 2min walk and the main station is a 5 min bus ride. Thun has excellent connectivity to any city in Switzerland.

Negativ: Having one toilet in a three bedroom apartment. Also the rooms and toilet are on the 1st Floor and without a lift that can be challenging if travelling with senior citizens.

Très chouette découverte pour visiter Thoune

Positiv: L'emplacement, le fait que ça soit facile d'accès, les magasins à proximité. La place disponible dans la maison, le sauna, la possibilité d'utiliser la terrasse et le calme.

Negativ: Certaines lampes de chevet ne pouvaient pas être branchées, il manque des poubelles de tri sélectifs. Deux linges pour essuyer la vaisselle et un nettoyage de la terrasse et du grill auraient été top

Positiv: L’espace de vie tres grand et agréable, le jardin, tous les équipements, le sous sol avec machine à laver et sèche linge et de la place pour étendre, la belle décoration moderne, la disponibilité des propriétaires pour répondre à toutes les questions !

Negativ: Une salle de bain avec un seul toilette dans la salle de bain pour 6

Overall,, good

Positiv: Placed close to shops, only walking distance to some grocery shops. Peaceful neighborhood. Good communication with owner, flexible for check in and out timing.

Negativ: One bathroom for 3 rooms, so expect delay if you come with big family.
