Apart from the confusion regarding the location, everything went smoothly.

Positiv: The house was nice and clean. It had everything needed for a couple days trip.

Negativ: The instructions to find the location of the property and the keys' lockbox.

Positiv: It is very close to the Interlaken West station. Complete facilities and the room is very big. Very cheap considering what this accomodation offers.

Positiv: Great place for a short stay while in interlaken. We stayed for 3 days and we thoroughly enjoyed. The host also let us check in early.

Wonderfull stay with few issues

Positiv: Location was wonderfull. There was no breakfast or any services, no person from property to talk to. Email or note should come from the apartment for the keys as key location was v difficult.

Negativ: No services and key location difficulty

Nice property in the heart of interlaken - would stay again

Positiv: Great property in a very good location in interlaken. Hosts were very helpful and put us in a nice room. Very clean and had no issues

Negativ: Daily construction but did not affect our stay.

Excellent, value for money, near to the center and the train station.

Positiv: when we reached the address, the company came and told us they are extremely sorry but the mainatainance work in the toilet hasnt finished yet so they took us around the city for about 3 appartments and we were told to choose one of them. We took the one which fitted our needs. Although we lost a little bit of time, but we are extremely happy with the professionalism and committment of the company.

Positiv: The location is amazing! Very accessible to transportation and shops.

Negativ: The floor is a bit dirty. It just needs mopping. And the pillows are not really comfortable.

I love how spacious the property was.

Positiv: Spacious, location was superb, owner was responsive, things needed for short vacation like Flat Iron, kitchen utensils etc were in the property. Just lack only mirror for those who wanted to check their OOTDs. 👀

Negativ: Bedroom don‘t have keys (to lock and unlock) Not really very important if traveling with family or friends.

Great stay for a memorable trip

Positiv: Location : Very close to Interlaken west train station. 5-7 min walk . had great alps view from one of the windows. Rooms : large room with kitchen . had all essentials to cook . clean wash rooms .
