Great apartment with a bit bit of a steep walk to the centre.

Positiv: Good amount of space, well equipped, good shower / bath, balcony views are amazing (when the weather is clear). Nice and quiet location.

Negativ: Long walk uphill to the station / depots, was a challenge in the mornings. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and two single duvets not ideal for us. The oven settings / use were not clear.

Great

Positiv: Breathtaking views and a very cosy apartment space - the kitchen was great to use and the apartment stayed nice and warm when it got cold overnight! Really enjoyed our stay!

Negativ: No coffee pods provided for the coffee machine and no where to purchase them in town despite asking. Not necessarily to do with the apartment itself - bear in mind the trains to and from Wengen itself are very expensive and the trip can become quite costly if you want to explore.

Fantastic!

Positiv: ユングフラウの山容、ラウターブルンネンのU字谷が部屋から望める。そんな景色と小鳥たちのさえずりの中、バルコニーでの朝食、夕食は最高の心地よさ。

Negativ: 駅、スーパーへ行くのに急坂を上がる必要がある。スーツケースは転がせない。タクシーを頼むべき。

Beautiful, serene apartment with a view

Positiv: The view is amazing and it is so peaceful at night to sit out on the terrace. Be aware it is a pretty steep ~10 min walk from the apartment to the train station/town center. There are taxis you can take if needed but the only time I felt I might have wanted one was getting the luggage back up. Otherwise we were a little winded at the top but it was manageable. The view and serenity being away from center city offered was worth it. You don’t hear the train at all despite being a little ways down from the station and there was little to no noise from neighbors. Do be aware everything but restaurants close at 6:30 in Wengen so plan accordingly if you need anything from the grocery store! Also for couples it is two twin beds pushed together so there is a gap from the bed frames in the middle. Could not have been happier with our stay, it was everything we were looking for.
