Gutes Apartment an Top-Lage

Positiv: Perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof und mit Bäcker, Coop und Ski-Depot (gratis bei interhome)/ Männlichenbahn gerade um die Ecke.

Negativ: Eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmöglichkeit im Haus wären noch toll gewesen.

Unbeatable location and good value for Wengen

Positiv: The location is unbeatable. A few steps away from both the train station and the main cable car so absolutely ideal for a winter or summer holiday. It's also relatively spacious for 4 people and having 2 bathrooms is very useful. The views from the balcony are spectacular. It's also excellent value for Wengen which is an extremely expensive location generally.

Negativ: The apartment is extremely dated, the decor and kitchen clearly not updated or modernised since the 70s or 80s and much of the furniture is extremely tired and worn, loose handles, furniture on is last legs etc. Clearly that's why it's good value. Its all ok and useable but don't expect anything more modern like a dishwasher or nice furniture, far from luxurious. To be fair that was what we're expected from the photos and other reviews and were happy with that given the price/value for Wengen. It could do with some better maintenance though right now.

Awesome apartment

Positiv: The location is very near the train station. The room is warm and kitchen easily use. Kitchen fully equip with kitchenware and good size fridge. Very nice view from balcony. Even though near station, it seems quiet and could be due to off peak season.

Negativ: Only 1 pillow for each guests. Overall is good.

Strongly recommended

Positiv: Loaction is nice and fantastic view to the mountains. Everything is clean and suitable for family trip. Apartment is very close to Train station and grocery store and checkin office. Recommended apartment.

Negativ: Nothing.

Great stay at Grandma's

Positiv: The location is super convenient. It looks down on the train station and is right across from the market and is convenient to the trams and hikes. It feels like I was staying at my grandparents' place. Others have commented on how dated the furniture is and this is true, however, it is still in very good condition and there is a little bit of old world charm to it. I especially like what looks like hand painted tiles on the bathroom walls. I think the pictures are accurate. We found the beds clean and comfortable, a bit on the firmer side. The fan was much appreciated as it is up on the 4th floor and it does get warm. We loved sleeping with all the windows open. You do get some noise from the train station and the restaurant below, but nothing bothersome.

Negativ: The kitchen, while well equipped with plates and cooking utensils, was lacking on basics. It would have been nice to have to have salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and some paper towels.

Positiv: L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la gare CFF, du Coop, de la télécabine Mannlichen et de l’école de ski. Les lits sont très confortables. Les fauteuils inclinables sont un vrai atout pour apprécier la vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement (famille avec deux enfants).

One word...perfection

Positiv: The location is priceless. LOVED the balcony. We were in the middle of everything but still had our privacy.

Negativ: So much dinnerware left no room for groceries
