Apartment Carina 4 4 by Interhome

Very good and well equipped apartment but holiday was spoiled by the poor communication of the host.

Positiv: ` The apartment was very good and in an excellent location. It was also very well equipped with a few minor issues.

Negativ: I contacted the host on two occasions by email prior to arrival and once by text message regarding some questions I wanted to ask about the apartment. I got no response on the three occasions. Nor did I receive any information about how to access the apartment on arrival. Apparently, the key, we later discovered, was in a secure box outside the apartment but we were not given any code (as promised) to access the key. We eventually had to phone on the numbers on our confirmation but then discovered that we could not speak to anyone as the phone number was not accessible at that time. We finally managed to contact Inter Home and only then were we able to get the access code for the apartment. All this we found totally unacceptable and disorganised and very inconvenient. Very poor communication from the host and and extremely disappointing. Two other points. Our main apartment kettle was broken and we were promised a replacement which never arrived during our stay, and we were not able to view the TV as all the programmes were encrypted and we had no viewing card to access it. So again very poor service.

Negativ: Rien

Positiv: Tres bel appartement. Spacieux et très lumineux. Cuisine bien équipée et literie parfaite. Logement bien situé car à 10 minutes d'Interlaken et proches des commerces et autoroute.

Negativ: Une seule salle d'eau, à 4 on attend son tour.

Positiv: Grand appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. Proche de la gare.

Negativ: Manque de clarté sur la gestion du recyclage

The real Switzerland experience 🇨🇭

Positiv: The property was big enough to accommodate my family and had a lot of amenities. The views from the property were exactly how I had imaged my stay in Switzerland would be.

A beautiful apartment with great Kitchen facilities And scenic location

Positiv: The Kitchen facilities is very good And location is very scenic And quite . We love this location as its only 5 min away from Busy interlaken And lots Of bus n train passes by this place .

Negativ: The bed is a bit soft n pillow very odd ( i prefer the normal pillow) . The check in could have been better if host could just give us detail step by step info ( Maybe using Screen cap ) on how to access the apartment key rather than us calling him For details .
