Apartment Olympia Matterhorn

Positiv: Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Unkomplizierte Vermietung und Reaktion bei Kontaktaufnahme.

Negativ: Vielleicht ein, zwei Spiele/Bücher für Kids wären noch toll.

Alles wunderbar

Positiv: Einfach gefunden, Eingang mit Pincode klappt tiptop. Genügend Platz. Küche kaum genutzt aber hatte alles was man brauchen könnte

Ein schöner Aufenthalt- wir können den Hubschrauberflug mit Air Zermatt sehr empfehlen.

Positiv: Die Terasse mit Blick auf das Matterhorn mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag.

Good location and a quiet room with all we needed.

Positiv: Good, quiet location which was not far from the centre of Zermatt. The room was very comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. Instructions were clear on how to access the property and the hosts were polite and helpful.

Negativ: I would have preferred to have control over the heating of the room. However, we were very comfortable.

Positiv: Location is good ( 2 minutes walk to bakery, little supermarket, sport shop; 8 min from the banhof strasse, 12 minutes to the train statio). The apartment is clean, well equipped and well furnished. Fridge is big enough. The apartment is perfect for a couple (+ 1 or 2 kids). Good value for money (considering excessively high price of Zermatt accommodations). The neighborhood is quiet. The picture corresponds to reality. The view to the Matterhorn is for sure a lovely surprise. I strongly recommend.

Negativ: I wish we could have left a little later than 9.30 (check-out time) but I perfectly understand that the owners need enough time to clean before next customers arrive.

Excellent stay and great host !

Positiv: The apartment was very clean and nice with all the amenities as listed. It had a nice big terrace outside the living room / bed room. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment was very safe and peaceful. The check in process was very easy & simple with clear instructions from the host. The host Adrian and Tatjana were very nice, helpful and proactive and always available on call. Once I had a query and I messaged Adrian and he immediately called me on my phone to help me solve my query. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend to all.

Positiv: Direct view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Walkable distance to/from town. Very clean. Very well-equipped.

Overall good stay.

Positiv: Great location. Water views. Lots of additional things like fruits were provided.

Negativ: There was strong wind through balcony door that caused the internal door to shut with force and the glass of the door broke. We of course paid for it. But a warning for strong winds or stopper to the internal gate would have been nice.
