Positiv: Cheque-in und -out problemlos. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Besitzerin sehr freundlich- gibt gute Tips für Ausflüge und zusätzliche Infos. Fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Positiv: Great use of space, the room is well equipped and very clean.

Positiv: The host was very kind and the property was clean with a kitchen and view of the Matterhorn . The location was accessible from the main town but in a serene quiet location which was a bonus !

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the host's attention.

Positiv: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. It's ideally located for a ski village vacation, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was comfortable with beautiful views, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this ski village

Negativ: The only downsize is it's a little small for two, especially if you're both in the kitchen at the same time.

Felt very welcome and really enjoyed

Positiv: Awesome location - just 5 mins walk (in snowboard boots) to the main lift Matterhorn Express. The room itself is great too - stunning view for the Matterhorn, very clean with kitchen with all the kitchen appliances.

Snow, sun and amazing skiing with the majority of skiers being good intermediates or better. 😊

Positiv: Convenient location. Could see the Matterhorn even from the less expensive room if you looked out one window! Quiet. Raclette and fondue sets provided plus a coffee machine!

Negativ: The pillow given was insufficient and another one would have been fab. There were no oven dishes so cooking in the oven was limited.

Positiv: The location is great, close to everything. The hostess was very nice and very helpful.

Negativ: The room was a little small.

Positiv: The host lady was very friendly, and kind. Despite my late check-in, she was very supportive and patiently explained everything related to the apartment and city. The location of the apartment is great, it's near the restaurants and bars and yet cozy and quiet. The Matterhorn view from the balcony was excellent.

Positiv: 在房間就可以看到策馬特的日出，不用去河邊人擠人!房間非常乾淨，所有的器具都一塵不染，而且擔心說要拿行李爬坡等的人，在這間也沒有這種困難，地點超級方便!離車站走路約10分

Negativ: 並沒有不喜歡，只是要提醒一下去那邊的人要自備瑞士法朗以便支付城市稅，房東沒有刷卡

Beautiful place to stay in Zermatt

Positiv: Super nice pied-a-terre for hiking around Zermatt. It has a tiny kitchen so you make make meals in the evening without having to go out. The supermarket Migros in close by.

Negativ: Very close to a new construction site across the street. Construction works starts early in the morning during the week.
