We really like it

Positiv: We stayed in the apartment with my family in December 2025. The location is perfect if you're coming for the skiing. Excellent apartments with good beds, a kitchen and kitchenware. The charming Judith, who manages the apartment, is very professional. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional experience in this wonderful apartment in Zermatt

I would definitely recommend this property to anybody who goes to Zermatt. They would not be disappointed.

Positiv: There was absolutely nothing that we did not like about the property. The location, the amenities, the closeness to the village, everything was perfect. Judith, the host was very accommodating and helpful. She thought of everything. All of our needs. And because it was my birthday, she made it extra special for me. She also had excellent communication. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It was beyond our expectations. Definitely worth every penny spent.

Excellent View and Luxury Apartment

Positiv: Great view of the Matterhorn from the patio and one of the rooms, very nice and modern apartment that had everything we wanted and more. The bathrooms were super nice and spacious. The staff was very good a making sure my stay was pleasant and even called to make sure I was able to get out of town due to some flooding in the surround regions.

Positiv: Location to Gondola is excellent. Close to restaurants and ski rental shops. Great view of the Matterhorn.

Negativ: No personal bath items: no soap, hair shampoo or other care items you’d expect to see in a unit at this price point. Did not like finding out the spa was an up charge and the rate is not commiserate with unit of this cost. Everything else was as expected for a the price point. I ever do like not knowing all the facts until I arrive, including a departure tourist tax. No mention of this tax on any paperwork. I fully expected that we paid for every amenity and tax listed on the website. I feel like I was charged twice for the tourist tax as it was paid to Booking.com
