Positiv: Location, equipment, area, restaurant on the ground floor,

Positiv: The apartment is located in the city center, 7 min from the rail station. Very comfortable, warm, and cozy. Next to the rail station are the train to the Gornergrad and bus stop. Migros and Coop supermarkets are nearby as well.

Negativ: There was no microwave - this is a very useful gadget in the modern apartment. Pot lids would be nice ) One key and entrance through the restaurant are not too convenient.

Great place to stay in Zermatt.

Positiv: The apartment is located close to all all commodities and just 5 mins away from from the train station

Everything is excellent!

Positiv: The location is excellent—very close to the train station and Coop, with no need to drag luggage uphill. The kitchen is fully equipped, the room is clean, and there’s a restaurant downstairs. I’m really impressed!

Apart from the first night the rest of the stay was perfect

Positiv: Nice apartment with excellent location. It’s right in the center of Zermatt.

Negativ: The first night the bathroom drains were clogged probably due to the previous guest who put something in the drains or toilet which caused the block. It was fixed the next day in the morning but we had to adjust with one bathroom during that time.

Positiv: Great location....central to everything. Great apartment. Large and spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Negativ: It's right above a restaurant and can get a little loud. Taking bags up the stairs is a little cumbersome.

Great apartment with convenient location, but unclear entrance management

Positiv: The apartment is in a great location—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the main street. It has two fully equipped bathrooms, and both the rooms and the kitchen/living area are spacious and comfortable. The underfloor heating made the stay very pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and there is ample closet space in the bedroom for storing personal belongings.

Negativ: However, the entrance is shared with a restaurant, which was a bit confusing. During our stay, one staff member asked us not to lock the main entrance door, but we found it locked in the mornings and evenings when we went out. This inconsistency suggests some communication issues between the apartment manager and the restaurant staff.

Positiv: Cerise sur le gâteau, Nelly Andrea et Patrick du Restaurant en dessous de l'appartement, 3 perles qui ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Merci encore à eux.

Appartamento bellissimo

Positiv: L'appartamento super accogliente, moderno e pulito. La posizione è ottima, in centro. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Positiv: 위치가 좋았고 저녁 8시 도착한다고 알려드리니 미리 기다리고 있었음. 열쇠 보관함 앞에서 출입하는 방법 알려주시고 2층이었는데 젊은 분이 캐리어 모두 올려주셔서 감사했음. 침구류가 너무 깨끗하고 거실, 욕실 다 좋았음. 밑에 식당에서 식사하면 10% 할인해주시는데 맛있었음. COOP, Migros 마트가 가까움. 추천b

Negativ: 딱 하나 화장실 블라인드 틈 사이로 조금 보여서 살짝 아쉬웠음. 좀 더 큰 블라인드를 달아주세요 ^^
