Positiv: The accommodation exceeded our expectations, offering an exceptional experience. The location was outstanding, and the apartment’s facilities were excellent. The well-equipped kitchen was utilised frequently, adding to the overall convenience. We found the space to be incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious feel throughout. The sauna and double balcony were undoubtedly the highlights, enhancing our stay even further. On another note the owners were incredibly helpful, they were always there to help out with any needs.

Negativ: Only thing we had trouble with was the front door but the owners were very easily accessible and helpful.

Clean & modern apartment with unreal views of the Matterhorn

Positiv: Great apartment and with how expensive Switzerland can be having access to a kitchen with modern facilities was a great help to meal prep. The apartment is very spacious with great views of the Matterhorn, we traveled during late August and waking up early for sunrise as the sun slowly lit up the Matterhorn was unreal. We managed to zoom in with our camera phones and you could see the head torches of climbers as they made their ascent. Very clean, host was very helpful in offering travel/attraction advice too.

Negativ: None, the best place we stayed during our travels through Switzerland.

Beautiful apartment - very comfortable stay.

Positiv: The apartment was spacious, clean, stylish and well-equipped. It was finished to a high standard with lovely large balconies looking over to the Matterhorn. The communication with the hosts was excellent - they were very responsive. We loved our stay here.

Negativ: The instructions to find the property were unclear to us.

Positiv: Beautiful view, spacious, very nice, and very well equiped.

Negativ: Stairs

Positiv: The apt was beautiful and clean. Very stylish. Spacious. Modern. We had everything we needed.

Negativ: It sits on top of a metal staircase and it’s a challenge to bring suitcases up and down. The property managers never sent us the sign in code. I asked twice. finally I had to call the owner who told me the code over the phone. Their check in and out times are pretty stingy. I get the 4pm check in but 9am check out????

Idéal pour un séjour en famille!

Positiv: L’appartement est très bien équipé, la vue sur le Cervin est très chouette. Il est au calme et spacieux. Casey est très agréable et réactive sur toutes les questions que l’on peut avoir.

Negativ: Tout était top

Nous recommandons grandement et si nous revenons à zermatt assurément qu’on reloue cette endroit !!

Positiv: L’appartement est vraiment très confortable et super bien équipé ! La vue est complètement wow ! Nous sommes maintenant beaucoup plus musclé des jambes avec les nombreuses marches ! (Elles font peur la première fois mais ce font tout de même très bien).

Positiv: I thought I already rated this property. However, we loved the modern unit, but especially the view of the Matterhorn we woke up to in the morning after arriving late the night before.
