Schöner Aufenthalt in guter Unterkunft, die nach Behebung einiger Kleinigkeiten noch besser wäre.

Positiv: schöne in Summe gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sonniger Balkon, Blick aufs Matterhorn, gute Betten/Matratzen, Küchenausstattung, gutes WLAN, Skiaufbewahrungsraum direkt neben dem Eingang

Negativ: Neonröhre in der Küche flackert, 1 von 4 Herdplatten defekt, Esstisch müsste mal erneuert werden (Oberfläche quillt schon leicht), Schutzhülle für Liege auf dem Balkon beginnt sich aufzulösen, großes Licht im Schlafzimmer nur über Stecker ein-/ausschaltbar und dazu noch 1 von 2 Glühlampen defekt, Stoßdämpfer Badezimmertür löst sich auf und hinterlässt Flecken an der Wanne, Anti-Rutschmatte für die Badewanne ziemlich unansehnlich, wir haben uns alle am Glastisch im Wohnzimmer mehrmals unangenehm gestoßen (man übersieht ihn halt leicht)

Sehr schönes apartment, ideal gelegen. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Positiv: Gut ausgestattet mir allem was man benötigt. Beste apartment wo ich je gebucht habe.

Fully equipped apartment for comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time here.

Positiv: Great two bedroom apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. The kitchen is fully equipped. Balcony view of Matterhorn at one end which is a nice spot for an evening drink, if you don’t mind rugging up. Deep bath is great for a hot soak at the end of a long day. Appreciated directions on how to find the building as we would have been lost otherwise.

Negativ: Very steep walk to accomodation from the train station with luggage up some hills and steep stairway to the building. We wanted to use the sauna but instructions were not available in English so we could not get it working. We also didn’t know where it was located and found out on the second night that it’s actually in the basement of the building. We had to leave cash in an envelope for the city tax which was an issue for us as we were only using credit cards for our 5 weeks of travel so this was the first time we could not use our card and no-one was available to help, just a third party person on the booking app.

Positiv: 家族4人に充分な広さ、清潔感のある部屋、お風呂の湯船は全身を伸ばして入れるほど長く、シャワーは温かいお湯がすぐに勢い良く出たこと。全容じゃないにせよマッターホルンがベランダから見えたこと。また会っていないが、オーナーのホスピタリティを随所に感じることが出来る部屋の設えだった。

Negativ: アパートの下にドアが3つあり、どこから入って良いのか一瞬迷ったことくらいです。

Positiv: located close enough to walk to town and trains balcony with matterhorn view.

Negativ: no smart tv and we never got it to work with the cable they said was available. we were out so much it really didn't matter. we just used our computers.

Loved our time there!

Positiv: Zermatt was amazing, quiet and good location. Place very clean and host responsive.

Negativ: Limited coffee pods. Decor a bit dated.
