Positiv: sehr behaglich eingerichtet; da abseits gelegen, sehr ruhig; schöner Spaziergang über Scheibenwald in das Zentrum

Positiv: Great and super cozy apartment for our vacation in Zermatt. The details in the flat really make it feel like home. It’s also pretty close to the e-bus station and to the Matterhorn Express gondola, so it’s fairly easy to get around town and go skiing. Particular highlight for us is a fully equipped kitchen that had everything that we might need for a week stay. Would definitely come back here!

We had a wonderful stay.

Positiv: It was very comfortable. It had unique character and charm. Wonderful views of the Matterhorn. We loved our stay there.

Negativ: Downstairs toilet ideally needed to be in the bathroom. Quite a long walk to the town centre.

Great hikes and stunning views with pleasant evenings in good atmosphere

Positiv: The location was excellent and the scenery absolutely magnificent. It was easy to go on hikes and to the village center when we had e-bikes hired for the whole stay. The apartment had all we needed plus a bit more. If we were to come to Zermatt again, this would be the place!

Negativ: The bed was perhaps a little too soft.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn, stunning apartment and great host

Positiv: The apartment was beautifully done up and exremely clean. Oliver was an amazing host providing us with detailed instructions and a great recommendation for dinner.

Negativ: The taxis to the apartment were expensive.

Lovely, specious apartment with beautiful view of Matterhorn.

Positiv: Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Quiet area of Zermatt, very good for walking/hiking. Well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortabke beds. The apartment has everything you need to have a nice stay. I recommend using the ski-buss when you return from skiing, otherwise you have to climb uphill a lot.

Negativ: Poor ski room. Long distance to shops. For me it's not a problem as I really enjoy walking around Zermatt, but it needs to be taken into account.

Negativ: Info book seems outdated, sends you to take the garbage to a place that doesn't exist. No garbage bags provided, only some plastic bags that were not the official orange ones

Positiv: ロケーションや設備がとても良かったです。窓からマッターホルンが見えます。調理道具やバスタブも揃っています。 広い部屋で２部屋あり、４人での宿泊には十分です。とても気持良く過ごせました。

Negativ: 洗濯機が使える日が決まっている点を明記して欲しかったです。

Beautiful apartment with views of the Matterhorn!

Positiv: The apartment was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom had its own bathroom. Wifi was quick. Downstairs had a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate water closet. There was a balcony that had amazing views of the Matterhorn. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and a microwave.

Negativ: The apartment is advertised as having a washer/dryer. It turns out there is only one washer and one dryer for the whole building and you can only use them on certain days/times. We plan our clothing/packing based on the availability of washers/dryers on our trip and we were unable to use the ones there because we weren't there on the right days. The keys were not in the lockbox, but the owner did answer when I called and we were able to get in. It would be helpful if the unit was stocked with a few basics like small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and cooking oil in the kitchen. The guide book needs to be updated as neither taxi number is accurate anymore, and the bus stop closest to the apartment is not being used for construction. Finally, it might be helpful to sand the doors and table as it is very easy to get splinters in your hands.
