Epic Views & Cozy stay

Positiv: The apartment is so cozy and thoughtfully done up. The views from Matterhorn is epic. We wanted to wash our clothes and couldn't find detergent. We asked the host and she was kind enough to quickly come down with surf. Also once you come down from the apartment and cross the little bridge, you can wait for free electric busses which run to & fro from the station. We walked down with luggage initially. So would recommend the host to add that info in the pdf she sent which was curated thoughtfully ❤️

Negativ: There are some stairs to reach the apartment so won't recommend for elders who need assistance

Wonderful and cosy place to remember our stay in Zermatt.

Positiv: The property was very clean and cosy. Perfect for our family of four during our stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and were able to fulfil our requests every time. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Negativ: Only the downside was the stairs to the building where we had to carry our oversized luggages. But it was crossed off after seeing the beautiful view of Matterhorn from our window.

Positiv: The appartment was beautiful, fully equipped, with an amazing balcony view. We had a great time here. The only thing to be aware is that there are a lot of stairs to reach the appartment, so you really need to be in good shape, but the whole village is like that so it is part of the cham.

Very nice and cosy flat perfect for a group of friends - location not ideal

Positiv: very cosy apartment, clean with all necessary equipment. Very nice view and big balcony.

Negativ: the location is very uncomfortable. it is located up hill and to reach the flat you need to walk many stairs. Doing this with ski boots and skis is not ideal. Furthermore, we had to do it also with the luggages by hands including skiis and boots. This has been very very stressful. We would have loved to have an elevator to bring us down to catch the ski bus.

Great stay with Matterhorn views from the balcony and bedroom.

Positiv: The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had kitchen essentials.

Negativ: The Matterhorn view was in bedroom vs living room.

Ideal chalet for our family!

Positiv: Perfect accommodations, location and perfect for our family. The access to the main area of Zermatt and lifts was only a short walk. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!
