Apartment Breithorn by Interhome

Lovely place for vacation

Positiv: Close to train station and the apartment is very cozy. The rooms are big enough for six people. All of us feel satisfied with the apartment.

Negativ: The staff requested us to arrive at 1600 but the staff was not in office. Some people were waiting there. Fortunately we had the key code to get the key.

Good location and comfortable but with very limited services

Positiv: very close to Zermatt Station, clean and wide in a residential area. with very modern furniture and equipment, large balcony

Negativ: 1. no laundry machine 2. pick up and drop keys at rental office, locates in town center, five minutes from the apartment 3. not having very much information, like garbage, when taking keys 4. self take care of the trash and recycle, otherwise being charged with extra costs Expensive rent with almost self-service model should be Zermatt's normal?

Lovely comfortable apartment with all the amenities for a great family holiday, very rude staff member at interhome Zerm

Positiv: Loved the whole apartment, it was perfect for a skiing holiday for our family of 5

Negativ: The staff at Interhome were rude and aggressive towards me at check out (when it was actually them who had the wrong information). We loved our stay at this apartment and were keen to come back but we will never use interhome ever again. I made a complaint and as yet, nothing has been done about it.

Very enjoyable 😁

Positiv: Position close to the centre of the village and on the level.

Negativ: No change of towels or bed linen, despite staying for a week.

Positiv: Great location, central to everything in Zermatt whilst being quiet and peaceful. Very nice apartment, well equipped and plenty of room for three couples.

Negativ: Don't forget you need to check in at the Interhome office to collect the key. The office is nearby and the staff there are helpful. Our pre check info didn't make it clear we needed to do this, but it was easy to sort out.

Positiv: 地理位置很好，离火车站、sunnegga缆车、gornergrat缆车都是300-400米步行距离。我们是5个朋友一起滑雪入住，卧室和卫生间的数量以及整个房子的空间大小都很足够。厨房里所有设备和餐具一应俱全。

Negativ: 厨房用具如果有清晰的使用说明会更好。

Positiv: L'équipement de la cuisine, de la pièce de vie et du local à skis.

Negativ: La chaleur de l'appartement non maîtrisée et excessive
