Apartment Primavista-3 by Interhome

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und fühlten uns richtig heimisch.

Positiv: Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In Sachen Küche, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts. Sogar Fondue und Raclette hätte man zubereiten können. Ein Geschirrspüler steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wichtige mehrsprachige Hinweise und Infos sind gut sichtbar angebracht. Das Apartment liegt an ruhiger Lage ausserhalb des Zentrums (zur Kirche etwa eine Viertelstunde zu Fuss). Dafür ist man in rund 12 Minuten beim empfehlenswerten Zermatt-Matterhorn-Viewpoint (nicht beschriftet - google-maps fragen).

Negativ: Die Lage ist gut, aber die Schlüsselübernahme und -rückgabe war etwas umständlich (vom Bahnhof je 5 Minuten zu Interhome und zurück, dann rund 12 Minuten zum Apartment).

Positiv: Location is perfect and provided all the equipment which we needed.

Prettig appartement, volledig.

Positiv: Alle voorzieningen volledig. Afstand tot station en skilift goed te doen. Rustige ligging. Prettige ruimtes. Goede keukenspullen. Oven en vaatwasser enz als nieuw. Goed dat we toch buiten de uren konden inchecken en uitchecken. Handdoeken prima.

Negativ: Skiruimte te koud, schoenen drogen niet. Een matras erg hard.

Lovely stay in well equipped apartment.

Positiv: Very nice apartment that was roomy, especially the living area and master bedroom (there were 4 adults on this stay). Beds were on the firm side. Kitchen was very well equipped, we lacked for nothing. Eating area was also a good size. All was very typically Swiss clean. View of the Matterhorn from the second bedroom and balcony (see pic). Apartment was about an 8 minute walk from the train station with only the last 30 yards being uphill. A fair price for Zermatt and the quality of the apartment. Would stay here again.

Negativ: We had just a bit of difficulty checking in as I never received the email from the rental agency giving me instructions (I will assume a spam filter may have blocked it, though I did receive one after I called them. Was able to call Interhome and all went well after that. ) Note that you pick up your key at the Interhome Office in Zermatt.

Nice place, but Property MGMT office (Interhome) where you get keys is closed everyday 11-3pm!

Positiv: Nice apartment located on the far northeast side of town, about an 8–10 minute walk to the main area where most shops and restaurants are at. The kitchen is well stocked, and there's plenty of space to spread out. A large patio offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Matterhorn. The block-out shades are a thoughtful touch—especially helpful if you're adjusting to jet lag. The unit is in a larger apartment building with year-round residents. While it's listed as a ground-floor apartment, it's actually situated above lower-level units. on your check-in . Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, though there can be some noise from neighbors above and activity outside.

Negativ: BE aware that early check-in is not available at this property. It's managed by Interhome, whose local office closes daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.—a full four hours for what they refer to as a “lunch break.” While a short lunch closure is understandable, this extended downtime feels excessive, especially compared to other property management companies that remain open during typical travel hours. If you happen to arrive during this window, there is no place to store your luggage, and you may find yourself stuck carrying it around town until check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. This can be particularly frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the instructions for picking up the physical keys were unclear. When we called for clarification, our call was routed to Interhome's main Swiss customer service line. Unfortunately, the response we received was dismissive and more focused on enforcing policy than addressing the actual inconvenience. There was no empathy from annoyed CS persons for travelers caught in this rigid system.

Positiv: 시내 중심에 있는건 아니지만 거의 평지에 위치가 좋습니다. 숙소도 크고 내부도 잘 정돈되어 있어요. 특히 주방도구가 지금껏 가본 숙소 중 가장 많았고 덕분에 요리하기 좋았습니다. 테라스에서 마테호른 보여요. 좋은 숙소예요. 적극추천합니다.

Negativ: 키 받는곳이 숙소와 떨어져있어요. 키 받고 반납하는게 조금 불편했어요. 그래도 기차역에서 걸어갈 거리가 괜찮았습니다.
