Phoenix Studio - Haus Astral - Zermatt

Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt. Liegt zwischen den beiden Skibahnen.

Positiv: Die Lage war top und die Information zum Apartment und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung im Vorfeld unserer Anreise vom Vermieter war total hilfreich und umfassend! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat total gepasst und unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt!

Positiv: Ausstattung ist gemäss den Bildern. Alles war sauber und sehr funktional. Gut ausgestattete kleine Küche & bequeme Betten.

Fantastic Experience

Positiv: The location was fantastic . Private yet just as you step out unbelievable views of the Matterhorn . Good sized room, extremely clean and almost every detail was provided - toaster, griller , laundrette, Wine opener, can openers, you name it… Fantastic value for money in Zermatt - which is one of the most beautiful yet costliest villages to stay in .

Negativ: Some English TV Channels should be provided as an option and also if a Smart TV could be offered .

Positiv: Excellent location, good equipment kitchen with everything needed, clean, worm, nice terrace

Negativ: Key box is should be changed cause it was hard to open, they didn’t provide slippers, towels smelled bad, shower gel isn’t same as soap, for the money they charged this small things mean a lot

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and would recommend it to someone visiting Zermatt.

Positiv: The property is nice and modern. It is squeaky clean . Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is functional with a working oven. Condiments like salt and pepper were in the cupboard if needed. Property is close to everything. It is walkable from the train station. We arrived early and we were allowed to keep our luggage in the ski room until check in.

Negativ: As with any property in zermatt, it is a small property but expensive. However, it is still cheaper from the other properties we looked at in zermatt.

It was as expected

Positiv: Walking distance from the train station. Kitchen facilities to cook own food.

Negativ: There was a bit of musky or moldy smell when you enter the room. Not much room for 4 adults with luggages.

Quite and convenient studio

Positiv: Well equipped studio, we have everything we need. The location is perfect for people who prefer quiet surrounding, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 7 minutes walk to the peak to peak staring point. The instructions are really detailed, which is quite impressive! It’s a perfect size for 2 adults, could be a bit crowded for 4 adults with 4 big luggages - we’re fully aware of this issue while booking, so not an issue for us.

Negativ: All good :)

Positiv: The view of the Matterhorn is unreal!!! Wish we stayed longer. The place is nice, near the bus stop, migros and food places. You can walk to the train as well. We so love this place and will definitely book again if we visit Zermatt.

Positiv: Nice location to view point for sunrise. Don't forget to take the bus if you have luggage with you.
