Very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped apartment with a stunning Matterhorn view

Positiv: We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Zermatt. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, and very well equipped — everything we needed was available, just like at home. A special thank you for the pick-up from the train station and for the clear and helpful instructions upon arrival, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient. The view of the Matterhorn from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Another great advantage is the bus stop, which is literally in front of the building on the street, making it very easy to get around. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the discount coupons available on the table offering a variety of local discounts, and the lovely box of chocolates as a welcome gift. Overall, a high-quality, well-organized accommodation that we would gladly choose again.

Negativ: As the apartment is located uphill, I would recommend skiers to rent ski storage near the lifts, which makes getting to and from the slopes much easier.

Positiv: Very good comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen, could happily have stayed there several weeks! Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. In quiet residential block. The booking company were very helpful and responsive and provided a free taxi from the station, very handy as is quite a climb up the hill to it! Free buses are good and reliable, but get very crowded at peak times so may have to wait for next one.

Positiv: Хорошая планировка, просторная спальня, кухня с обеденной зоной и гостиная. Большое количество шкафов. Огромный балкон с видом на Маттерхорн. Рядом остановка автобуса (красный маршрут). Оператор предоставил бесплатный трансфер от/до ж/д вокзала в день приезда и отъезда.

Negativ: В здании нет хранилища с сушкой горнолыжных ботинок.

Positiv: 公寓很溫馨、乾淨、舒服，公寓的管理者非常貼心的配置了住宿者可能需要的東西，尤其是廚房配備齊全。陽台很大並且正對馬特洪峰的景觀非常棒。公寓離火車站較遠，走路要20分鐘左右而且有點坡度，但是比較安靜遠離人群，離一些登山步道入口很近很方便。比較需要注意的是因為道路施工，原本可到公寓門口的免費巴士改道無法搭乘，但公寓管理者有提供車站到公寓的來回計程車服務很貼心。

Positiv: Location conforme à nos attentes élevées (emplacement, balcon, vue sur le Cervin, cuisine bien équipée) avec de nombreuses petites touches agréables (bonne fournitures de la cuisine et salle de bain, changement de draps et serviettes au milieu du séjour (de 2 semaines), livres en bibliothèques accessibles et intéressants, transfert retour à la gare inclus). Emplacement dans la partie haute de Zermatt choisi par nous (mais qui ne conviendra pas forcément à tout le monde, vu qu'il faut quand même marcher pour accéder à certaines choses). Tout à fait recommandé!
