Chalet Kisseye by Zermatt Premium Apartments

Erholsam, schöner Balkon, TV funktionierte, Aussicht war super.

Positiv: Frühstück muss man selber einkaufen. Kaffeemaschine delicio war da aber der Kaffee lief sehr sehr langsam durch da vermutlich die Kaffeemaschine nicht entkalkt wurde. Die Lage ist ganz oben mittels Staldenweg, ca. 50 m steil hinauf dann ca. 30 Stufen, dafür hat man eine phenomänale Aussicht auf das Matterhorn.

Negativ: Eine gewartete Kaffeemaschine respektive ein etwas breiteres Doppelbett.

Perfekte Aussicht

Positiv: Wir hatten den perfekten Blick aufs Matterhorn vom Balkon aus, mit Morgensonne am Berg und Mondschein bei Nacht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig genug, die Küchenzeile sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm warm. Zunächst dachten wir, die Lage sei etwas abseits, aber so weit ist es eigentlich gar nicht vom Zentrum oder Bahnhof. Es geht halt schon recht steil hoch, also mit Gepäck geht nur Taxi. Das kostet 22 Franken vom Bahnhof (März 2024)

Negativ: Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein, aber geht schon.

Cosy chalet with stunning views!

Positiv: Absolutely gorgeous chalet with stunning views. Gives a very warm and cosy vibe, I felt very at home being here by myself for Christmas. Arrival was very easy by taxi and only a small hill from the road which was fine. Good walking distance 10 mins to town and 10 mins to the Matterhorn Cable cars. So perfect location in between both! Best Christmas ever, thank you for having me❤️🎄

Amazing vintage chalet with exceptional view

Positiv: Amazing view, fantastic kitchen and well preserved apartment considering its age. Plenty of space for us to relax including an indoor pool. They very thoughtfully provided a high chair without us asking.

Negativ: Having to wait until 5pm to check-in is inconvenient when you're not skiing. My main issue though was the host forcing me to pay and provide details via a 3rd party platform, despite taking my credit card details in Booking.com. Given the number of online scams these days, constantly having to provide copies of my passport via emails and 3rd party platforms presents a risk as who knows how well these companies safeguard our information.

Very nice stay in a charming chalet.

Positiv: Very nice and charming chalet. Its the second time I was staying there with my family. The rooms are decorated in a very nice and specific style which I like - see the photos of the property. There is even a very nice indoor pool which me and my kids enjoyed a lot.

Unreal views form your balcony.

Positiv: Stunning location! Excellent view of the Matterhorn and only short stroll into town for great eats and drinks. It was handy to have a well equipped kitchen. Also the pool area is excellent with quaint murals and raw stone.

Negativ: Nothing to not like. However I do advise catch a cab or bus to the hotel because it’s quite a hike with luggage up hill. But easily walkable with luggage when you leave.

Positiv: The view of the Matterhorn, kitchen facilities & the swimming pool was appreciated after a day hiking

Negativ: A little hard to find, better signage might be helpful

Breathtaking view from the balcony

Positiv: I love the view from our terrace. Matterhorn is so near from our balcony. The room is also cozy. I like that the room has a small kitchen.

Negativ: The property is located on a hill and it was quite a climb whether coming in by e-taxi or taking the steps from our walk from the city center. Good thing the view is great and it compensates the climb.

Positiv: Very comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen. Lovely (cold) swimming pool was a real treat after a day's walk.

Negativ: The steep hill up to the apartment may be challenging for some renters. You need to be fit!

Stunning location , fantastic stay

Positiv: Great location , lovely views , good to have kitchen , loved the basement pool ( behind the mirrored entrance)

Negativ: Climb uphill to get there but worth it
