Positiv: Sehr netten, entgegenkommenden Besitzer, perfekte Lage. Das Appartement ist sauber und geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr gerne hier zu Gast.

Alles tipptopp. Sauber, zentral und ruhig

Positiv: Alles tipptopp. Die schöne Wohnung hat Alles, was du für deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Die sehr ruhige Lage unweit vom Bahnhof ist ideal, Coop für den täglichen Einkauf ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Negativ: Alles hat gepasst 👍

Positiv: Klein aber alles drin und modern. Gerne möchte ich wieder kommen.

Positiv: Super Lage, nette Gastgeberin, gute Ausstattung. Gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und gute Anweisungen.

Superb location and cozy flat!

Positiv: The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The flat is very centrally located - 5 mins walking from the station. Supermarket and restaurants around as well. We had a comfortable stay.

Nice stay at Zermatt

Positiv: Deborah (the host) responded to our enquiries very speedily and even came to the apartment after we checked in to see if everything was okay. The location was good. Near to railway station. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with condiments for cooking.

Convenient location, comfortable stay with a few shortcomings.

Positiv: We arrived by train to Zermatt. We asked the tourist office the direction to the apartment. I selected this apartment due to it's proximity to the railway station, within walking distance. We were given instructions for e self check in through Booking.com and about how to find and enter the apartment. But unfortunately my phone ran out of battery, so I had some difficulty knowing how to locate the apartment. Fortunately we came across the manager looking after the apartment who showed us the way. The spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms was clean with all that you need for a comfortable stay. There were clear instructions in a folder to follow. There were no hosts on site.

Negativ: The ramp walking up to the apartment was a bit steep for us seniors to walk up with luggage. The second bedroom was very small with a bunk bed and poor ventilation. There was a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room but no bedding. In the end one of us had to take the mattress and bedding from the bunk bed to lay over the sofa bed for a better night sleep. We had difficulty using the induction cooker as we could not find any instructions. So some written instructions would have been helpful.
