Cosy Modern Apartment with balcony and Matterhorn View

Sehr schönes Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen nähe Bergbahnen, englischem Viertel, man sieht das Matterhorn vom Balkon aus, es war sehr ruhig, freunflicher kontakt mit Camille

Negativ: Leider war es nicht so sauber im Schlafzimmer , Haare im Schrank, Flecken suf dem Bettrahmen… Küche/Bäder waren sehr sauber. Das Bett/Matrazen war sehr bequem, aber wenn man sich dreht quitscht der Bettrahmen, was die andere Person aufwecken lässt, lässt sich sicher einfach beheben :)

Positiv: Camille war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet und sauber, ideal für zwei Personen. Wir haben bei schönem Wetter den Balkon Abends gern genutzt. Ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.

Great but no kettle.

Positiv: Responsiveness of the host by call to locate the lock box. The view with the river and the Matterhorn.

Negativ: We really enjoy drinking tea, especially in generous amounts and even more so in the cold December weather. Unfortunately, there was neither a kettle nor any kind of pot available to boil water, which was rather uncomfortable after long, intense days of hiking. I also noticed that we are not the first guests to mention this, so hopefully it can be easily addressed. It would immediately add a sense of cosiness. Apart from this point, everything else was perfect.

Amazing

Positiv: The location and the balcony. The house os perfect for a couple of days

Negativ: The pillows, but it’s personal choice 😉

Would happily stay here again

Positiv: Spacious, very clean, comfortable - and good value for Zermatt. Well equipped kitchen and good location for the Klein Matterhorn lifts.

Negativ: Slightly hard to find the flat initially within the block - nothing else.

We would definitely stay here again.

Positiv: Everything was clean, beautiful, and smelled nice. The host was helpful, gave us advice, and immediately responded and assisted when something didn’t work

Negativ: The local tourist tax had to be paid in cash. The apartment was by the river – there was some noise in the bedroom, but that’s nature! I would have appreciated having a kettle for tea.

Great Stay in Zermatt

Positiv: The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean and the location is awesome! An issue with utensils was fixed promptly which we appreciated.

Negativ: It could do with new chopping boards and a new water kettle which goes only intermittently.

Positiv: Very morden and clean apartment. All of the equipments in the apartment are in the good brand and convenient to use. We highly recommend the apartment to other visitors.

Will definitely recommend this place

Positiv: It felt like our home away from home. Everything we need were there- toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc. The location was just 10-15min scenic walk to the town centre. The matterhorn can be partially seen from the balcony. The apartment is clean and spacious.

Negativ: I can’t think of any.

Expectations exceeded

Positiv: Accommodation was perfect for a couple. It was lovely to unwind with a drink at the end of the day. The balcony views were beautiful.

Negativ: The internet failed to work, which made communication with the host impossible, and the email through B. also failed. May I suggest a whattsapp phone number for messaging. Plus, 2 more bed pillows would be nice.
