Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern

Positiv: Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zentrale Lage.

Negativ: Keine Parkplätze direkt vor Ort. Zum Parken muss man ins öffentliche Parkhaus fahren.

Hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und einige Übertroffen (Lage+Spa)

Positiv: Sehr nette Betreuung vom Hotel, super Sauna und Spa zur Erholung und perfektes Frühstück!

Negativ: Vlt zu wenig Tische beim Frühstück, ein Paar musste 5min warten. Nichts desto trotz hammer Frühstück für uns mit Croissant, Eier, Aufschnitt, Lachs, Müsli und Tee und Kaffee!

Negativ: The rooms are carpeted so it smelled quite strongly when i arrived. Needed to air the room for a couple of hours You can hear everything through the room door

Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Positiv: Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, perfect location, close to the ski lift. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, and sportswear shops. Perfect for a skiing vacation.

lovely small hotel to enjoy from the town center

Positiv: the comfort of the rooms was nice and the facilities with a massage at the end of the day was great. Staff very courteous and kind.

Negativ: I felt that Breakfast was fine but very minimal. presentation could have been much better, a bit sloppy sadly. I would have liked to have seen some labeling on the cheeses and meats, are they local? something that give it character. Wifi was weird with strong firewalls so some news channels were not going through.

Very very supportive staffs!

Positiv: We had a issue with our rented car, and over the days of our stay, the staffs provided excellent support and helped us to communicate with the car rental company, which led to the rental company picked up the car key at the reception.

Negativ: Nil
