Positiv: The room was excellent with a fireplace (gas) and a nice sofa. The brasserie was also lovely and the ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly. The hotel is not close to the ski lifts but doable (not ski in & out)

Exceptional wish we stayed longer.

Positiv: Location was fabulous so close so the train station and we had the family suite of two rooms which was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Really good quality finish and very new and exceptionally clean.

Negativ: Minor but some milks for the tea/coffee would have been nice. Otherwise it was simply exceptional.

Best hotel of our whole trip!

Positiv: Everything! The staff were fantastic, the room was luxurious, and the included breakfast was awesome. Seriously wonderful time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Positiv: We were in the new building so we enjoyed it a lot! So clean, spacious, modern, Chopard bath amenities. Spa facilities were great. Pool was wonderful! Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Literally 3 minutes away from the station. They gave us a ride back to the station which was nice. Breakfast was very good. You get a view to the Matterhorn from the breakfast area and from some of the rooms. Staff are extremely welcoming.

Negativ: Nothing that we didn’t like.

Negativ: No a/c to cool the room down. Temperature was set at a minimum 18c which was too warm at times.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Zermatt.

Positiv: Beautiful hotel in beautiful Zermatt. Very close to the train station, Main Street, Gonergrat. The pool/spa facilities were refreshing and a great way to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was good. The beds were very comfortable and the rain showers were lovely. Our view of the Matterhorn never got old and it was a joy eating out on the balcony watching the sun set on the mountain.

Negativ: We found the light controls difficult to wrap our heads around and a bit complicated. Also no AC in the room during summer made things a bit stuffy, easily rectified by sleeping with the balcony doors open (I imagine this is not an issue the majority of the year). We unfortunately also only got to check in at 3 rather than 2 due to our room not being ready, but staff were very apologetic and offered us drinks/to sit in their restaurant area.

Positiv: Öncelikle Hakan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim.Kendimizi asla yabancı gibi hissetmedik inanılmaz yardımcı oldu bize.Konumu tren istasyonuna çok yakın odamızdan Matterhorn manzarasıyla uyanmak çok güzeldi.Otel oldukça temiz.Dışarıda kar varken havuz keyfi süperdi.

Negativ: Sadece oda biraz küçüktü bir de kahvaltıda daha fazla seçenek olabilir.

Excellent Hotel & Location.

Positiv: Large balcony & views. Good sized bedroom and well appointed. Large bathroom & shower with a US useful bidet. Good breakfast Mm X2

Negativ: A small table next to the couch would be useful for cups of coffee and other drinks. The threshold into the room has a small ledge that can cause you to trip.
