Spacious apartment with fantastic views in a central location

Positiv: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views in a really good location for the town - a five minute walk. A bit too far to walk in ski boots to the lifts so we paid for the shuttle bus which was a great service. The bar is great, small, cosy and traditional in style. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Negativ: A bit dated. The sauna is good but the rest of the spa also feels dated. A dressing gown and slippers to go to the spa should be included. Apparently the food in the restaurant is very good but the restaurant itself lacks ambience so we didn’t eat there. They should make it look and feel like the bar.

Positiv: The staff were so nice. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Really welcoming. Location was perfect, and the view from the Appartment was amazing. The terrace was great for breakfast and coffee.

Positiv: La proximité avec le centre ville, le personnel à la réception, la réactivité du personnel lors des demande spéciaux

Negativ: Le supplément pour les linges de piscine , je trouve surprenant pour un hôtel qui dispose de sa piscine de facturer des linges à piscine. Le fait qu’il est pas de nettoyage compris quotidiennement

Negativ: besoin de fournir sa cb en garantie même si pas de dépense prévue sur place wifi de très mauvaise qualité piscine assez fraiche

Positiv: Месторасположение. Персонал (девушки) на стойке регистрации очень приветливый. Спасибо им огромное!!!

Negativ: В номере не было рожка для обуви. Не предоставили тапочки (настоятельно рекомендую предоставлять их и в апартаментах). Уборку рекомендую делать два раза в неделю. В одной из прикроватных тумбах лежали грязные носки, наверное остались от предыдущих гостей.

Une belle semaine dans la neige!

Positiv: Localisation parfaite dans la station, proche du Centre de Montana, de la COOP, des magasins de location d'équipements de ski (Intersport, Avalanche), du télécabine et de la patinoire d'Ycoor. Service de minibus de l'hôtel très pratique. Personnel très sympa et efficace au desk. Jolie piscine et Jacuzzi, c'est idéal après le ski! Appartement confortable et bien équipé, très belle vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon.
