Positiv: Alles super! Sehr geräumiges Appartement, stille Gegend, fußläufig zum Bahnhof Interlaken West und Zentrum. Ausstattung war ausreichend, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Self-Check-In hat prima funktioniert und ermöglicht eine flexible Anreise.

Negativ: Es gibt nichts.

Positiv: Great communication. Excellent location- less than 10 minute walk from the train station and supermarket. Just outside of the main tourist strip, so it was very quiet. School across the road, but we never heard it. Spacious apartment, would easily cater for a family of 6.

Negativ: The pillows. They were so soft that they basically vanished as soon as I lay my head on them. Sounds great in theory, but terrible if you like to feel a pillow under your head. No ability to cast content to TV. After a big day exploring, it's nice to chill in front of the tv to watch some Netflix or YouTube before bed. Unfortunately, that's not an option, so you're stuck watching one of the 300 non English shows on free to air tv. Lack of basic supplies like some coffee pods for the of machine, out even some sugar sachets.

Positiv: The place is big for 6 persons especially the Master bedroom. View was spectacular. Location is great! Place is peaceful. I would love to come back here. 5 ⭐️

Negativ: All tv channels are in German. Can't change to English or have an English subtitle. Not that I need the tv when you have a great view outside.

Adrian was an excellent host. He went over and above for us. He also gave great advice on what to see around Interlaken

Positiv: It was extremely neat and tidy. It was in a great condition- looked as though recent renovation.

Negativ: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

Very happy with our stay and dare say we'll be back.

Positiv: Location. Communication with host was good. There were a couple of things I needed to ask about during our stay. The host was always prompt with replying. We were able to check in a wee bit early and also able to leave our luggage for about 4 hours after check out. The kitchen facilities were good.

Negativ: Small things - not enough to put us off staying again - a toaster would be amazing! The sensor light in the entrance way was annoying when someone was up during the night. It's on a sensor and it's very bright. The shower itself is great however the floor through the bathroom became very wet. Not too much of an issue, we just kept our showers short ! We'd stay here again 🙂

A great base for our stay in Interlaken and we would absolutely stay here again.

Positiv: The 4-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier since we didn’t have to take turns or rush. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which was especially useful for a longer trip. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.

Positiv: Spacious, fully equipped, many bedrooms and two bathrooms, clearly with detailed information for check in process.

Negativ: No elevator

Positiv: Location and space in apartment. Comfortable and warm. Adrian is a good host who was very friendly and accommodating.

Negativ: N/A

Positiv: It was spacious and great… Ideal for family living.

It’s a great stay with strategic location, walkable from interlaken ost and a few nice food around the corner.

Positiv: The place is strategically located very near to Interlaken West and migros supermarket.

Negativ: One of the small bathroom, the water drainage seems to get stuck during shower.
