Positiv: The area of this property are quiet and comfy. Very suitable for a group of peoples or family.

Negativ: The property was located higher than the garage, therefore you would need to carry your luggages up, so make it a bit troublesome for some people.

View was simply awe inspiring- matched by the walks and abundance of things to do.

Positiv: View of the north face of the Eiger from panoramic front windows was superb. - impossible to convey the scale , just via photographs. Chalet very thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped , and comfortable. Instructions for chalet and location were comprehensive and host was very helpful and responsive.

Negativ: Matches for the candles- so we have left a few boxes!! Local buses stopped at 6.45 pm - you either need to be prepared for a steep walk back up ( although the view is worth it) or a 5-10 minute taxi ride , ( which is 30 CHF ).

Amazing

Positiv: Exceptional location with Amazing breathtaking view, pictures does not do it justice. The chalet is Ideal for relaxation and long stay as it fully equipped with everything you need. Unshared Parking garage with room for storage if needed then the three floors chalet that can fit eight or even more as it very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full-equipped kitchen and even board games for kids to enjoy. We had a great enjoyable family time, and the host was reachable at all times and very helpful. Highly recommended for large group of friends or family especially with older kids. Wonderful location as Grindelwald first is only 5 mins drive or even 15 mins walk and Grindelwald terminal which takes u to Jungfrau is 10 min`s or less by car

Negativ: I liked pretty much everything but I will mention few good to know info for future guests. even though the town center is very enjoyable 15 mins down walk the return might be little challenging for smaller kids or older people as it`s uphill to get back and may take 25 mins or more. similar case for the parking garage as its in the street and its little steep to get up the heavy luggage to the chalet and you should bear that in mind if you have small kids and lots of luggage. Lastly you should know this is not modern built chalet and not old or deteriorated either. it`s very very neat, clean , tidy, top shape and well-kept chalet but it`s not modern and it`s a little bit pricey as similar could be found cheaper or more modern could be found with the similar price range and that's the only reason why I rated 9/10 as if its a little bit cheaper and you are not a person looking for a modern built and love traditional chalet as I do it would be 10/10 definitely

Positiv: The property was very big. The bed very comfort, and the kitchen are clean.

Negativ: The acces to the main building is a little bit hard for us, with baby stroller and old people.

Great views and nice space to enjoy with family and friends.

Positiv: The views from the property were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there was construction next door so a crane partially blocked the view. Easy walk down to the Grindelwald-First gondola.

Negativ: I didn’t like the fact that we had to carry our garbage a block away from the house at the end of our stay.
