Chalet Protea

Wir hatten einen tollen und sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt im Chalet Protea.

Positiv: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zudem hat uns die ruhige Lage der Wohnung sehr gefallen, besonders auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer und die toll ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Negativ: Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen :)

Positiv: A very well decorated and clean apartment only 590mt downhill from train station . Yes there is a hill to walk up to station but amazing views and large private garden make up for that. Very friendly hosts and great base.

We enjoyed our 9 nights in Chalet Protea and would not hesitate to return.

Positiv: The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. There is a large outside area with grass, a covered porch, and lots of seating, with a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in a few times during our stay. Ruth was friendly and ensured we were enjoying our stay. It is in a great, quiet location, and we felt right at home.

Negativ: A plusher bathroom towel would elevate the comfort of the stay. Personally I would have liked a firmer pillow. Do not let these minor things stop you from booking here!

Positiv: Lovely hosts. They were very helpful and friendly. Love this place and will recommend it to anybody that wants to visit Wengen Be prepared to walk a steep hill back to town and the station

Fantastic stay, fantastic views

Positiv: The amazing views of the mountains and nearby waterfalls from Chalet Protea were such a highlight. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming, and the place was perfect for our time in Wengen. It was very easy to feel at home and the chalet was well stocked with cooking utensils, oil/seasonings, etc. to allow for home-cooked meals as well. We were able to complete a load of laundry (with dryer) for 5 euros which was convenient too. We wished we could stay longer and we would love to come back, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the Jungfrau region.

Negativ: Nothing - it was perfect for us.

Positiv: Plenty of room with a decent sized and well equipped kitchen to cook meals, and the views of the surrounding mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley were incredible. Was also very warm and quiet, so easy to relax if cold outside and get a good night's sleep.

Negativ: Not much - very good all round!

素晴らしい又来たい！

Positiv: Wengen駅から少し離れて非常に気持ち良く8日間過ごしました。メンリッフェンやいろいろはハイキングコースへのアクセスが非常に良かったです。専用のガーデンからユングフロウ、ブライトホーン、シルトホーンが見えて最高😀

Negativ: 駅からのアクセスが坂が多いので大きな荷物の場合は少し大変かも？しかし着いた時には絶景が有るのですぐに忘れますよ！

I would definitely recommend this property if you do not mind the slope!

Positiv: The scenery around the location and the views on the train ride every day in and out of Wengen from Lauterbrunnen. It added some 15 to 20 minutes total travel time each way but is totally worth it. We have a private section of a much bigger multi-level house. It's bright and clean and well designed with good quality and plenty of storage for clothing. The backyard has a view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the peaks around it.

Negativ: Event though the distance would be considered reasonable, the steep upslope at its elevation to get to the train station every day is tough for most people. Taxi ride to and from the train station will be around 25 euros each way for the short distance. I managed without the taxi as I have to stop to take so many pictures every day on the same route out and back, it helped mentally and physically.

Positiv: 座處溫根一幢溫馨的小木屋，自帶小花園，可遠眺勞特布魯嫩美景，距離溫根車站步行約10分鐘(路程有陡坡)，是個無車且安靜的小鎮，此地前往少女峰、米倫小鎮、勞特布魯嫩等地皆相當便利。小木屋本身相當整潔，內部附帶簡易廚房可供簡單烹調及一套衛浴設施，木屋主人相當客氣，我們在此處度過了相當快樂的時光，並且期待著下次到訪。

A cute space in a perfect location with a spectacular view.

Positiv: A quiet, private space with a nice yard. The chalet provided an amazing view of the Lauterbrunnen valley. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the chalet was easily accessible to the train despite the moderate incline we walked up each day to the station.

Negativ: The bed was a bit too firm for my personal preference, but we were so busy during the day that I still slept well.
