Wir waren zum zehnten Mal in Zermatt und kommen gern wieder!

Positiv: Ausserordentlich aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns am Anreisetag persoenlich erwartete, das Apartment zeigte und die Schluessel uebergab. Sehr gemuetliches, geraeumiges und modern-uriges Apartment in einem augebauten historischen Gebaeude auf hoechstem Standard, den man sonst nur in 5-Sterne Hotels findet.

Freundlich, zental gelegen, sauber, rustikal - gerne wieder!

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sehr rustikal eingerichtet mit viel Altholz. Die Raumausnützung ist optimal. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Negativ: (Zu) viele verschiedene Leuchten in den Räumen - vor lauter Schalter oft den falschen gedrückt ;-)

Sensationeller Aufenthalt!

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sensationell - ein umgebautes altes Chalet. Folgendes sollte man allerdings wissen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Souterrain, dazu muss man eine Treppe hinunter. Das Zusatzschlafzimmer ist klein und mit Etagenbett. Die Toilette/Waschraum zu diesem Zimmer ist auch eine Treppe tiefer. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Blick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Matterhorn. Kostenlose Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs. Die Optik im Innern der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohlüberlegt. Ganz tolle Wohnung für Menschen ohne körperliche Einschränkung. Eine glatte 10 von 10

Positiv: Sehr gemütliches Chalet an bester Lage. Das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Top

Positiv: Sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen wieder. Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Great location, easy access, central and a helpful host - great for a family of four

Positiv: Our host was lovely and helpful, and the location was easy to find. Less than 10 minutes walk from the station, and right on the main street through town. Ideally, it would be great to have a toilet on the main level, but I realise that retro-fitting and old/traditional Swiss cottage is not simple. The modern fittings in the old-style cottage were lovely, including modern ovens, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (with capsules provided). There were a number of food and drinking venues close by too. I would stay here again for sure, as the positives of this place clearly outweigh the few, if any, negatives.

Negativ: Nothing really. The cottage was a little warm but opening the windows let cooler air in. With the two levels being ground floor and basement, the rooms were a little on the dark side. But these are minor inconveniences.
