Schöne Wohnung

Positiv: Eine tolle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Einfacher Check in und out. Tolle Aussicht vom Strand aus. Parkplätze.

Negativ: Ferienanlage könnte eine (leichte) modernisierung vertragen. Schienen verlaufen sehr nah an der Ferienanlage. Der Zugverkehr hat uns nicht gestört, aber dafür das Gesamtbild etwas verschlechtert. Enge Parkplätze.

Excellent Stay

Positiv: Had a great stay here. The apartment well maintained, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the host provided excellent service. Convenient location made getting around easy. Highly recommended.

Positiv: The location is great, we really enjoyed having access to the private beach and the lake is wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. The terrace is also nice - with a little bit of a lake view.

Negativ: - The discription on booking.com says the apartment has a washing machine in the kitchen. This is not true and therefore misleading, and discription should be changed. There is access to a communal laundry room outside the building which is not at all as convenient (we were out on a longer trip and booked this apartment mainly beacuse it had a washing machine so found this shared laundry room very disappoiting). - the kitchen has an oven, but not a single oven tray or oven dish. Therefore difficult to heat anything in the oven. - The frying pans (teflon) are extremely damaged and need to be replaced to be safe to use. - The train that goes just outside the building means it is difficult to sleep with the windows open (we heard trains around midnight, another review said they stop and 22 but does not seem to be the case anymore) so it gets hot at night even with the fans.

Nice, clean apartment close to Interlaken

Positiv: The pros: Pictures of the rental were accurate - tastefully appointed and newly renovated. The unit itself was clean. Nice appliances (induction cooktop (required a YouTube tutorial to use), dishwasher, refrigerator (tiny freezer). The bedroom bed was comfortable. The property is on the (swimmable) lake, which was a nice bonus and there is a cute outdoor restaurant on property (we did not eat there though). Interlaken is just a 5 minute drive with Lauterbrunnen about 20 minutes and Grindelwald 35 minutes by car so it is a great, central location to explore the Jungfrau area. There is also a train stop just down the street, which we did not use. And the owners are great and responsive!

Negativ: The cons: The train runs right in front of the unit, starting early in the morning and late evening. It was not so bad if you had the fan running to block the noice, but I can see how it would bother some people who are light sleepers. This unit was a little cramped for 4 adults and seems better suited for 2 people or a family with small children (for the sofa bed) as the sofa bed was really squeaky and not well suited for 2 full size adults. Also, the rest of the facilities are run down.

Although the main building looks old and unmaintained, your apartment appears new and recently renovated with very good furniture. Thank you!

Negativ: Dear Lukas and Filipa, Just a few minor improvements could make your apartment truly astonishing. The balcony or backyard area could use some maintenance, such as trimming the trees, to enhance the beautiful view of the lake. Great stay in amazing location

Positiv: Perfect location to stay up to 4 people for visiting Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken. Apartment has everything you need for great vacation- all kitchen and bath utensils, nice balcony for breakfast. Swimming pool on territory, 2 minutes walk lake Thune with private beach. Super comfortable beds. We Absolutely liked the property.

Beautiful property

Positiv: Very clean. Everything you need for cooking. Beautiful view. Pool is excellent and very short walk to the lakeside. Use of washing machine a real bonus. Really beautiful place and great to access all of the local areas.

Negativ: Just the very squeaky sofa bed
