Comfortable holiday home surrounded by beautiful nature

Positiv: The location is just amazing. There is a supermarket across the street, and behind the house there is a path leading to the lake. If you stay here, then definitely visit the lake, the view is stunning! There is also a stop there for the boats.

Negativ: The soundproofing is not the best, so if the neighbors upstairs are a bit loud (or switch on the washing machine), then it's not that easy to rest. There is a polite request on the wall to keep quiet during resting hours, but not everyone respects it.

Amazing Holiday Home at Faulensee - Strongly Recommended!

Positiv: Excellent location, 2 min walk from the lake, stunning mountain views. Well furnished apartment with all modern amenities including free parking. Vlog supermarket and few restaurants at stone's throw distance... Very supportive and friendly hosts. I would definitely come back here and would recommend this place to all my friends. Truly wonderful experience here at Faulensee! Special thanks to the wonderful greeting card and personal edition Faulensee Chocolate gift for my son on his birthday!

Negativ: It was perfect in all aspects!

Spiez is the perfect place to stay for a week to explore Bernese region especially by boat and post bus.

Positiv: Close proximity to Bus stop, Lake and Volg. The view of Mountains from the balcony was outstanding and kitchen was well equipped

Negativ: Entrance to the apartment from road side can be little better, pillows can be much better, washing machine and coffee machine should have more tablets and shower gel and shampoo can be provided to travellers in case if they aren’t carrying.

Positiv: Great location! The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We loved that it had parking and was within sight of a grocery store.

Negativ: There's few steps of stairs. If you carry heavy luggage. Make sure able to carry up.
