Sehr gut, mit Nachttischlampen und Kleiderschrank ausbaufähig. Dann wäre es mehr als gut
Positiv: insbesondere Küchenaustattung sehr luxuriös, Betten bequem, alles neu und hell
Negativ: Kein Kleiderschrank, Bügel mussten im Flur aufgehängt werden. Im Schlafzimmer keine Nachttischlampen , Beleuchtung dort nur Festbeleuchtung. Auf Fragen per mail erhielten wir die Antwort, dass wir den Aufenthalt hoffentlich genießen \

Lovely winter stay
Positiv: The chalet is EXACTLY like the pictures - only bigger than I imagine. It had good reviews on airbnb but I found it slightly cheaper on booking.com. It was clean and tidy throughout. The owner was very responsive to all questions and made us feel welcome. Spiez town is very central to a lot of attractions especially if you’re driving a car (Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Lake Blausee, Lake Oeschinensee, Interlaken etc). The host also provided a list of attractions, good restaurants and nearby supermarkets. There is parking for one car but you do need to climb around 10 stairs or so to get to the chalet. This wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. It was snowing heavily 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there and the view was absolutely gorgeous. In one morning, one of the neighbours played her harp while our kids were playing outside in the snow and it was just one of those precious moments that made or vacation memorable.
Negativ: A list of items in the cabinet would be helpful. I was looking for a hair dryer but couldn’t find it. I’m a short person so can’t see what’s on top of the cabinet. The heater can be controlled by adjusting the radiator manually. This wasn’t too much of a hassle, but a central heating controller would be helpful.

MARAVILHOSO! ESPERO VOLTAR UM DIA!
Positiv: A casa foi mais do a gente esperou. Em um lugar tranquilo, muito silencioso, apesar de ter uma escada, foi fácil o acesso. Era muito bem equipada, tudo muito novo e conservado. E além de que tinha uma vista linda! Perfeito! É um pouco longinho do centro e da estação, mas tem um ponto de onibus longo em frente e se puder fazer a caminhada para apreciar a paisagem são 15 min a pé.
Negativ: A única coisa ruim é que só tem 1 quarto, mas já sabiamos disso e para nós nao fez diferença. Nada a reclamar!

Exceptional !
Positiv: This house exceeded the expectations set by the photos. It was evident that the host genuinely cares for the property, with high-quality furnishings, various electronic appliances, and lighting fixtures, giving the impression that it was a personal residence rather than a rental. The highlight was undoubtedly the short-throw projector with a large screen, which provided great entertainment throughout our stay. The presence of a washing machine and dryer further enhanced our comfort, and parking was convenient. While Interlaken is a 20-minute drive away, the scenic route alongside the beautiful lake appeared excellent opportunities to stop and take photos, making the location and the condition of the house truly exceptional. Having previously experienced less than ideal cleanliness in accommodations in Rome and Florence, this stay was particularly satisfying. One more, the bed was so comfy as well.
Negativ: However, there were a few minor points that could be improved: 1. Given that it's a rental property used by various guests, the fabric sofa and carpet (especially being beige) might benefit from being replaced with artificial leather, or the carpet removed entirely, in the future. 2. Although it's unavoidable to encounter insects during the summer, the window screens appeared to need repair. Since most Swiss homes lack air conditioning, the inability to keep windows open could pose a ventilation issue. For winter, the two radiators might seem somewhat insufficient for heating. 3. The shower stall is only partially enclosed, making it difficult to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. A shower curtain would significantly improve this, making post-shower cleanup much easier. 4. Finally, the supply of towels was somewhat limited, requiring us to wash them before heading out or upon returning in the evening. Future guests should be aware of this. Overall, this is a house I would gladly visit again. It would be challenging to find a property in such excellent condition anywhere else around Interlaken area. Thank you Selina(Host)

Fantastische locatie met mooi uitzicht
Positiv: Rustige plek, mooi uitzicht. De accommodatie was voorzien van voldoende faciliteiten.
Negativ: Het dekbed was aan de kleine kant voor het grote bed
