Apartment Jungfrau Lodge

Positiv: Super Ausblick direkt auf den Eiger. Super Terasse davor. Sehr gut ausgestattet (Fondue Set, Raclette Set, Nespressokapsel Maschine etc.) und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal :).

Negativ: Die Messer könnten etwas schärfer sein aber insgesamt alles top.

Positiv: Grosse, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da, was es braucht. Schöne Lage mit Aussicht

Schöner Kurztripp

Positiv: Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man hervorragend einen Kurztripp oder auch einen längeren Urlaub genießen. Überall im Haus war es sehr sauber.

Highly recommend!

Positiv: The apartment is clean, big, really comfortable with all the appliances necessary and the view to the Eiger mountain is breathtaking! We were travelling in 4 adults and 2 kids (1y & 6Y) The staffs are really kind, we arrived earlier and left the luggages in the storage room. We also add the breakfast for CHF15 per person, and it was good. Not many option, but honest. We also could buy the ski tickets at the reception desk. I love our experience and will definitely come back!

Great place to stay

Positiv: An extremely large and spacious apartment for our family of 4. Great views of the snow filled mountain right across from our extremely long balcony. This place was truly awesome. We can highly recommend it. It was about a 10 minutes walk uphill to the main street/railway station.

Negativ: Everything was great. Only thing I could suggest is that a brighter light would have been great in the middle bathroom, but other than that, the accommodation and staff were fantastic

Good choice to stay in Grindelwald

Positiv: The Jungfrau Lodge is a fantastic choice for us especially looking for a spacious and home-like atmosphere. Its proximity to the center makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the spectacular view of Mount Eiger is simply breathtaking. It truly feels like a perfect retreat! The staff is helpful and suggest ways to explore Grindelwald. Our family is having a really good time here. I will choose to stay here again.

A wonderful stay with breathtaking views

Positiv: The apartment was a great stay with everything you need in terms of comfort. The kitchen was excellent and the rooms were a very good size. It was very warm and cosy when it snowed. There were 4 of us and you can fit another 2 rooms if needed. Didn't use breakfast facilities in the restaurant. Would love to come back and the views are very very special. It's a great place all in all.

Negativ: Some of the interior is chintzy and a little bit dated, such as duvets and beds probably need updating. If upstairs are running around, it can be a bit like elephants stomping, but I am nit-picking. Well, be back.

Well located appartment!

Positiv: The apartment is great, with a fantastic location. It has everything you need and is perfect for bigger groups! We had a great time here.

Negativ: However, we do have some feedback regarding the handling at the reception. On one occasion, we experienced being met in a very degrading manner by a receptionist when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, we felt that the staff member was both judgmental and condescending, and while language differences and cultural variations may play a role, we did not appreciate being treated this way. Even when we provided feedback that this was simply rude behavior, we felt that there was little understanding in response. Apart from this, we have been very satisfied with our stay, and the apartment is lovely.
