Homely stay

Positiv: - The apartment is the same as images shown - Love that the rooms were big and could fit our family of 6pax easily. - love the proximity to the supermarket (just a short 2 mins walk) and station ( literally just next to Interlaken West). - Thankful that the house was available early as we reached way too early for us to check in - Love the homely feel! House came well stocked with condiments for cooking and utensils and toys for small children! There was even a rice cooker! - Instruction manual was really helpful! Including some of the places recommended for meals! - we stayed a total of 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves.

Negativ: - There is no lift so moving suitcases up the stairs is a bummer. And for people with mobility difficulties it will be tough (We stayed on 3rd floor). - No aircon but rooms are well ventilated and fans provided. All the rooms were quite cooling. Just need to close the shutters to shut out the morning sun - No dryer but not an issue. You can just hang your clothes using the rack or walls and it will be dry in no time. Despite this, will definitely still recommend staying here for the convenience and size of apartment.

Amazing stay

Positiv: Amazing location. Easy access to transport, restaurants, shops. Very clean, neat and tidy apartments. The apartment has all the necessary items pre-stocked. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting swiss with Interlaken as thier base.

Negativ: The only scope for improvement that I could think of is the internet speed

Positiv: Very well equipped apartment. We cooked and stayed inside quite much and found the apartment very comfortable to stay inside. The host made a booklet of all instructions and information for all equipment you need in house and it was super helpful. The whole process of checking in/out is contactless and went smoothly. The location is accessible to many places and we think the price is also great. If we return, we definitely will book it again. Highly recommended

Positiv: The property is clean and has a lot of amenities. Beds are comfortable. Very big space, good for travellers with large groups.

Only one defect is that there is no lift and the stairs are not easy to carry big luggages.

Positiv: The location is great and the total area of the apartment & kitchen & kitchen utensils are superb

Great place to stay within walking distance of the train stations. Perfect for families!

Positiv: Great place for a family to stay! Lots of space, television, books, dining room table, kitchen, laundry were all appreciated.

Negativ: It may be helpful to have a little more information on the washing machine settings in the book.

Positiv: Everything is perfect inside. Great atmosphere, great facilities and the location is excellent. Had a wonderful journey with friends in this lovely town and this property

Positiv: The location is good. Near the train station. Walkable distance. The host is responsive.

Negativ: If you carry lots of baggage i dont recommend this level. As you will need to climb the stairs. Its very tiring.

Positiv: The location is excellent, just right next to interlaken west. very spacious property. the rooms are very spacious, it is well equipped, like the kitchen etc, everything you need at home is there at the property. very clean, Juliet is very helpful with all we need. she messages you in advance to give directions etc. there is also a book where everything you might need is there And instructions of the property and area.
