Apartment Jungfrau - GRIWA RENT AG

It was a comfortable stay with basic amenities provided.

Positiv: It was fuss free to collect the keys at a reception located about 5 to 10 minutes away from the apartment. The views from the apartment was spectacular. The tax garbage bags were also provided in the apartment.

Negativ: It was an uphill walk to the railway station, though there is one bus that will bring you to the railway station. The bus stop is located about 3 minutes away from the apartment, however the buses only run once every hour. There were also no lifts to the apartment hence it may be challenging for travelers with large luggage. The washing machine and dryer were placed in a common area and is pay-per-use.

Nice stay but could use better pillows and some fans (since no AC).

Positiv: Location is wonderful, but be prepared to hike up hills! 2 bedroom/2 bath good for two couples, although second bathroom was very small. Place was clean and kitchen/living area large. View of mountains from deck was wonderful. We did not use the pay laundry, but it was good that it was there. (Need coins for that).

Negativ: We did not care for the pillows. They were too large and with only one per adult, no choice of different pillows. No flat sheets; only down comforter which was too hot for us. Fans in the unit would be appreciated. There is no AC and it was hot during our stay. Also, no screens on windows so it let bugs in.

Positiv: 駅や街まで行くのに上り坂がきつかったが、静かでロケーションは良かった。 チェックアウトの際に、ブッキングコムで予約していたタクシーが来ず、その対応を相談した際、予約したタクシー会社やタクシードライバーに電話でコンタクトしてくれた。結果的には、タクシーは来ず、その代わりの対策として、地元のタクシー会社に、タクシーの手配を依頼するなど、親切に対応してくれた。

Negativ: 我々の部屋は２階、洗濯機が部屋になく、地下まで降りないと使えない。また、利用は有料であったが、この事がブッキングコムの情報からは読み取れなかった。また、洗濯機の操作をマニュアル通り行っても、機能しない事があり、他の宿泊者も困っていた。結果として、利用料金が無駄になったが、その費用負担を求めたが、自分たちの管理外との理由で断られた。

Positiv: Amazing location, beautiful view, balcony, full kitchen, clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family of 4.

Negativ: There was nothing I didn’t like. I only suggest the property description be updated to indicate that the washing machines and dryers are in a shared room for the building and are coin operated.
