City Center Apartment

Positiv: Good location. Plenty of room. Stairs were a little inconvenient.

Fab location in a cosy apartment - just bring a pillow!

Positiv: Location was absolutely fabulous and right opposite a popular cafe. We had apartment 5 and although initially we were disappointed to not have a terrace/balcony, we loved the height of being at the very top (you had a small view of the mountain) and it was very cosy. The living spaces were great - it felt spacious for two people - and the sheets and towels were all very clean smelling (other than the cushions on the couch). Also, Glen who you liaise with was very responsive, so that was good. We were only there for two nights, but because of the lay out you could definitely stay for longer and not feel claustrophobic. The bed mattress was comfy, but do bring bed pillows as they have used Lundtrav 60-50cm ikea cushions on the bed, which is like sleeping on nothing.

Negativ: The pillows on the bed were absolutely terrible!! I read this in the other reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad, but then realised they weren't proper pillows but rather Lundtrav Ikea cushions of 50-60cm diameter (so unable to even properly fit in a pillow cover). Unless they replace the cushions on the bed (major let down) recommend you do pack your own pillow. Also, the couch in the living room was comfy but the cushions smelt terrible, so also need replacing. One review also mentioned the pealing non-stick frying pan, which you can't use at all - luckily there were two pots, so I just used them. Finally, the lock on the front door doesn't work from the inside, so we had to put a chair their in the hope no one would enter, as we were unable to lock the door. The lock does need to be replaced.

Positiv: Enjoyed out stay here, very spacious, clean ,comfortable and great location.

Positiv: Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed apartment with all that we needed including clothes washing machine. Delighted also to find a dishwasher. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching and relaxing indoors on the comfy armchair and sofa. Proximity to shops incl Coop supermarket and tourist office was appreciated as was the level, easy walk to hbf. The sight of overhead para gliders floating past our window en route to landing in the nearby meadow was a bonus! Also thankful for the apmt's street access security and good communications from owner.

Negativ: Bathroom just a tad too narrow, but that was of no consequence.

Convenient location, walking distance to train station, restaurant and shops.

Positiv: Location was central and walking distance from train station. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, supplied with coffee pods, small chocolates etc.

Negativ: No TV, bedroom was a little tight, Street was noisy at times, lots of steps to our 3rd floor unit

Positiv: Location is great, lots of restaurant, close to parking space for my rental vehicle.

We had great time.

Positiv: The apartment is nice and clean. Great location and it’s quite big and comfortable to stay.

Great spot in full apartment

Positiv: Whole apartment with comfortable and spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen for making full meals and in a great part of town. Right near the bus-stops, grocery stores, restaurants and basically everything you might want a few mins walk away. The host was flexible with luggage storage prior to check-in which was helpful.

Negativ: There was a little bit of sound coming from the cafe/restaurant directly below in the street however they finished quite early in the night and this was of course not in the hosts control. The mattress was rather springy for our comfort however this may not be for everyone.

Positiv: Nice and clean with good location in the city center close to some good restaurants and coffee shops.
