Positiv: Schönes Apartment an sehr guter Lage. Preis-Leistung top.

Positiv: Location is okay. But 1 thing I don't like is the double bed my wife and I were staying. The foam is way below my standard. In I tried to lie down on the 3 single beds were our children were staying, it much better comfort. For the owner of this apartment, you better change it ASAP.

Negativ: The double sized bed

Negativ: Mattresses really thin and uncomfortable. Washing machine and dryer incredibly slow

Great location in a beautiful town

Positiv: The location was great, close to Interlaken West but walking distance to Interlaken Ost. There was also plenty of space for a family of 5.

Negativ: A light above the entry door would be good. The double bed isnt the best for a person with a bad back and the pillows could be upgraded - minor things really

A convenient place to stay in Interlaken

Positiv: The host is very responsive and helpful (a huge plus I would say)! The location of the apartment is great (5-7 minute walk from the Interlaken West and 12-15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost). There are several supermarket nearby (a coop pronto that opens on Sunday!).

Negativ: The apartment and toilets are not very clean initially and the kettle was spoilt. However, after informing the host about these issues. They resolve it promptly and we really appreciate it. Some applicances could use some upgrading but overall, not too much of an issue for us.

Great location, comfy stay

Positiv: The apartment is easy to locate upon check in, just 5 mins walk from Interlaken West and 15mins walk to OST. There are lots of eateries, supermarkets and a halal butcher nearby. Our favourite cafe is less than a min walk. We felt right at home. The cockeries and amenities in the kitchen were complete. There is a washer in the building ready for use with no extra charge.

Negativ: The glass window frame right above the dining table needs a window covering. Once there was a tall guy who stayed next to our apartment peeked inside our apartment which made us feel uncomfortable. The mattrres were a bit soft. My friend experienced backache. Otherwise we were happy and satisfied with this property

The place was well prepared to provide the guests a quiet peaceful family holiday comfort

Positiv: My son and daughter love the place so much that they felt really at home and settled. the owner was very generous with condiments for cooking and all the utensils, plates and pots for cooking were there. We cooked dinner at the place. it was truly a cosy, quiet apartment that let the travellers rest and recharge while in Interlaken. Personally, I like that the place had Netflix and other subscription to choose and you don't need to sign in your account. The owner of the place (Beat) really though well how to care for the guest while giving the guest peace and privacy. the direction to the place was detailed.

Negativ: The hot water was limited and most probably was consumed by the other residence of the building. we had to wait in the morning for the hot water to take a shower.

Positiv: Eveything was top notch rite from the location to the host to the apartment itself . I would highly recommend this place

Negativ: I dont think there was anything to dislike . I was little uncomfortable due to the bedrooms being on the 1st floor and climbing stairs everytime but that was due to my bad knee and it was a minor thing
